- You can get in the sauna and cool off in our outdoor shower.
- The backyard is a half acres fully fenced space replete with three outdoor dining areas, Yoga deck, Fire pit, Horse shoes, Dart board, and an RV for recreation. RV has no AC/heat, no electric, and no bedding.
- Newly added 6hole putt putt golf course right in your backyard. Try your shot at rolling down a plank or landing in a cowboy boot.
- Comes with a private custom staged western town backdrop, great for capturing those memorable moments.
- Inside, we have arcade-style basketball, foosball, board games, and a cozv fireplace.
- Pet's are welcome, additional fee and pet rules will apply, no puppies.
- Joshua Tree National Park and Pioneertown is 15 mins awav.
- The place is very close to the city for daily amenities.
- Great for city folks to enjoy the expansive outdoors
- No parties, maximum number of quests is 10 per my city permit.

- Please keep in mind. depending on the weather, price will vary.
- Spa heating to 104degF for 3hrs per night is included in base rate
- Pool heating to 84degF for 3hrs is $100.
- The pool will only be available to heat if the temperature outside is above 60 degrees with no winds. Seasonal: April-October
- Pool equipment is off-limits for guest. Pool, spa, and lights controlled by spa remote.
- Pool Service on every Friday cannot be denied or $200 fee will be charged to customer
- Pets must be over a vear old.
- Final extra charges will be provided at check-out and paid by guest by online payment on day of checkout.
- On Monday and Tuesday nights, please roll out garbage and recycle bins to curb on Monday nights and roll them in on Tuesday nights
- Please do not block mailboxes if parking on the street.
- Filming and professional photo shoot are available and prices will vary per job. If you are found using any film or photos of my property for financial gain you will be fines up to $5,000 for not being in compliance with local laws and getting the consent from host.
