Trip to Buffalo

My daughter and I came to visit family we hadn’t seen in a long time. The place was easy to find and was in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and the people we came to visit. It was immaculate and decorated tastefully. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property

Easy to access, close to the airport, and the owner was ready to answer any question we had, just have in mind that there might be people in the property downstairs so be aware of quiet time.

Great stay!

Scheduling and communication with the owner were very easy. The building was also a breeze to enter which hasn’t always been the case for me in the past. We loved how the location was right between Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Overall it was a great time, we definitely recommend this location.

Great place to stay if you're in for a UB Graduation

We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here.

Convenience with a bonus - A/ C!!!

Location to Grand Island was great! I had several computer / VRBO login issues and Brian was very patient and responded to each question I had either by phone or text. Wonderful area with lots to do within walking or biking distance of the apartment. Off street parking was definitely a plus! Beds were the best of other VRBO stays. Would definitely stay again!

Clean space in a great location

We had a wonderful time staying in this clean and spacious apartment. The rooms are a nice size. The bathroom is updated. The hosts were responsive and welcoming. Everything was smooth and easy. Perfect for a home away from home!

I was taken back by the outside of the home and there wasn’t a picture of it in the listing. There was a musty and maybe cigarette smell at the porch and entry area. I was so nervous that the apartment would not be what was listed. I was pleasantly surprised that it was. The a/c unit was really loud. The couch very uncomfortable so not suitable for someone to sleep on if needed. The small bedroom could use additional pillows and a mirror. And we were only provided a few towels and washcloths which were not nearly enough. Overall this worked for us but a little disappointing.

Great!

The check in process was easy and fast. The apartment was well maintained and clean. It was obvious it had been remodeled and looked good. I had a minor issue with the shower diverter and it was promptly fixed. Great communication with owner. I would definitely stay at this property again.

20 minute drive to Niagara

The house lies in a busy neighborhood, but was suprisingly quiet. It was a short distance from both Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The house was very nice and the doors auto lock. The only downside was even though we were upstairs, we could hear the guest downstairs moving around. It didnt bother us, but some people may not like it.

The apartment was large and comfortable. Very well outfitted with everything you would need for a stay. Immaculately clean inside. Beds were very comfortable. Location was ideal--close to town and restaurants. Excellent place to stay. I would recommend and stay again.

Location worked well for us. The place was basic. It could use things like instructions for the thermostat, towel racks, and local restaurant, stores, things to do. In addition, the covered outlet in the bedroom didn't work and the kitchen sink handle is loose.

Very easy to checkin, nice & clean. Beds were very comfortable. Only complaint was the lack of comfortable living room furniture. 70 yr olds don’t do well on bean bag chairs & low profile couches!

Good location, communication and clean

This would be a good property for two couples, not more than that. There is one, uncomfortable, for sleeping or sitting, couch, and a couple of beanbag chairs, no where to comfortably sit.

Very Comfortable with lovely touches

Enjoyed my stay at this Tremont property. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable and very clean. Loved the homey touches. Key pad entrances and camera on site. I had an issue with the TV and when I reached out to the property owner, they responded and took care of the problem immediately. I would only suggest using motion lights as the rear of the property where you park is very dark at night.

Clean and responsive

This apartment was very clean and had the basics for what we needed for our stay. The property manager was highly responsive and organized. Accessing the apartment was easy. For anyone with littles staying, the smaller bed is in the room with the porch entrance (and doesn’t have a dresser). The second bedroom bed was much more comfortable and had the dresser drawers. The A/C worked very well but is super loud and cycles on so packing a sound machine was key.
