Had a great time in Buffalo. House was great and near the river and lots of neat places. House access was convenient, everything as advertised. Hosts made it easy. Would definitely request this house again if traveling back to Buffalo.

Clean and convenient house

Our family enjoyed our two night stay at the Riverview house. It was a convenient location for our trip to Niagara Falls and we took advantage of a few of the local restaurants - Spot Coffee, Figmor and JT's Pizza. The house was very clean and well stocked. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our questions.

Remarkable Riverview Retreat

My stay at this property was amazing. It is a beautiful home in a fantastic location. The owners have thought of every detail and made it so comfortable that you feel like it is your own home. Lisa and Steven pay attention to every little detail-including cleanliness. I have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes but this is the first one I canā€™t wait to go back to!

Comfy, cozy home away from home!

Lisa was awesome from answering questions prior to booking all the way thru to checkout. This home was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, making cooking easy! The fireplace was perfect for making it cozy while staying in and watching movies. The home is right by the river and park. It was perfect for a jog or walk. The beds were all comfortable. We loved staying there & will definitely book again our next trip out! Thanks for everything!

Beautiful Home!

My family had an incredible time at Lisa and Steve's beautiful home visiting family. The river is only a few hundred feet away, and all of the stores and food you could want are close by. TC Wheelers down the street had amazing pizza, subs, and wings that I highly recommend. The home had everything we needed, and even a nice selection of board games and toys for the family. Will definately look to book this home again next time were in town.

Five Stars Not Enough

Every single detail in this beautifully renovated bungalow is so carefully curated with the guest comfort in mind that you could not want for anything more while staying at this beautiful home. From the beautiful kitchen, to the well stocked hot beverage station, the plush Bath towels and the white noise machines in the bedrooms, every detail has your comfort in mind. Just being steps away from the river offered us views of a stunning sunset. My only regret is not being able to stay longer.

Thanksgiving stay

Riverview was perfect for our needs. It was big enough to sleep our family of five (plus a friend), close enough to my momā€™s house for easy visiting, and spacious enough to serve Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. Beds are super comfy, kitchen is well-stocked, bathroom has everything you need. Iā€™ve been coming to Tonawanda my whole life. It is so easy to get around town. Food options are amazing! (Joeyā€™s for beef on weck, TC Wheelers for pizza, Duffā€™s for wings, Andersonā€™s or Mississippi Muddā€™s for ice cream, Tedā€™s for hot dogs). Easy drive to Niagara Falls and Canada. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great!

We were in the area for a sports tournament with our family of six (kids aged 14-21). This home was absolutely fantastic. The location was terrific and the neighborhood was nice. A two-minute walk and you can enjoy a park with a walking trail along the Niagara River. It was nice to see so many residents (all ages) enjoying the park area. Within walking distance there is a 7-11 as well as two casual restaurants ā€“ both of which good. There is a Tops grocery store just a few minutesā€™ drive down the road. The hosts have pretty much anything you could need while away from home - shampoo & conditioner, laundry detergent, extra towels & blankets, and tons of games. They even left a spare phone charger in a drawer along batteries. The open kitchen with the island was really nice. The furnishings were nice and comfortable. The basement had a foosball table, dart board, and more games. A nice surprise for us was that the basement also had a cute, bright, ā€œshabby chicā€ Ā½ bath which prevented fights for the full bathroom upstairs. The yard was really nice - I can attest that the yard was large enough to play whiffle ball. The hosts checked-in during our stay to make sure we had whatever we needed. I thought a really nice touch was a welcome note and local chocolates waiting for us when we arrived. That made us feel like guests ā€“ not just ā€œrentersā€. All around it was a great time.
