Beach side cottage walking distance to beach, food & shopping!

Clean, cozy, boho, minimal, beach bungalow in a central Ventura area in Pierpont. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach, multiple restaurants, and shopping options.

There are 2 full bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms on opposite sides of the house: 1 with a king sized memory foam mattress (more firm than not) and bathroom inside. 1 bedroom with a full sized sleeper sofa that's prepared as a bed.

We also have two cots, suitable for children and twin sized sleepers.

Bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and towels. Beach towels also provided.

There is a large backyard with a large bench (fits 3-4 people) and cornhole. There is also a small outdoor "tub" shower for cleaning off any sand or in case your pets get dirty.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups and silverware — ready for anyone to make a delicious meal!

There is also a nespresso machine with a frother and a keurig. However, it is BYOC (bring your own coffee).

5 minute walk to a large park (marina park).

5 minute drive to Ventura Harbor Marina (other shopping, food and water entertainment hot spot).

5 minute drive will get you to Downtown Ventura, where you'll find even more food, shopping, bars, and entertainment.

3 minute drive to surfers point.
