Welcome to Sea Shells by the Sea Shore, a nearly beachfront home designed for easy, year-round coastal living Just a short stroll to the sand, this spacious and well-equipped beach house makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your days—whether that means beach mornings with the wagon and boogie boards or cozy evenings at home in the winter months. Pet-friendly, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked, this is a place where vacations feel simple and relaxed.



**Booking process - IMPORTANT!

- After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation.

- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.



**Guest Portal

- Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal

- Early check-in options appear 5 days before check-in. You may request it through your Guest Portal

- A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal.

Sea Shells by the Sea Shore is spacious, comfortable, and designed for real beach living. The layout allows everyone to spread out while still coming together easily, with mini-split A/C and heating in every room, bright interiors, and an easy indoor-outdoor flow. The home is well suited for families, couples, and guests traveling with dogs.

Minutes from Ventura Harbor for waterfront dining, paddleboard rentals, boat tours, and live music. Close to Pierpont cafés, surf shops, and scenic coastal bike paths, with easy day trips to Malibu and Santa Barbara. There is a nearby school so you may hear children playing.
