La Vie will be your family`s tranquil beach haven from which the beach, shopping, restaurants, pubs, and nightlife are steps away. At the end of the night hop in your private elevator and head up to relax and share the day`s memories.

With La Vie we bring to you luxury at the beach with a casual modern twist. This Townhouse is less than a block from the beach. Built in 2016, this 3-bedroom + loft, 3.5-bathroom town-home has 2 parking spaces, a gourmet kitchen, stainless appliances with all cooking and eating utensils supplied, and a breakfast bar that sits 4, 54` TV including Netflix, and fast WIFI. The property also features an elevator so you don`t spend your time on vacation carrying groceries up and down the stairs. Enjoy a glass of wine at sunset or a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over at the Atlantic Ocean from the private balcony.

3 bedrooms each have their own attached full bathroom, with a another half bath on the 3rd floor living area. The 4th floor loft is perfect for the kids. We supply 2 bunk beds each with pull-out trundle, sleeping up to 6 kids.

We do require a $200 damage deposit hold to the CC on file 48 hours prior to your arrival.
No additional guests on the property other than the ones included on the booking.

This property is a townhome and shares a common wall with the home next door. Please be courteous and keep any loud noises at a respectable level.

Per the city of Virginia Beach`s guidelines, no more than two cars per booking, and cars must be parked in designated spots!

No smoking, $500 fee if the house smells like smoke of any kind
