Suite 118 is a modestly sized studio apartment that offers all the elements of a home. It provides a king bed, a smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, a huge walk-in closet, and a new bathroom with an eclectic feel. The Harmony suite is sure to suit all your travel needs.

Nestled just a short 26-minute drive from the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway and 28 minutes from the iconic Chattanooga Choo Choo and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Suite 118 at Rock Spring Resort offers the perfect home base for your Chattanooga area adventure.

As a traveler, you'll love unwinding in the hot tub after a day of exploring. Stay connected with the high-speed WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of the in-unit kitchen. Curl up by TV for a movie night or dive into the selection of games, books, and toys for the kids. On the 10-acre property are 1.25 miles of manicured paths lined with wildflowers, a 5-person dry sauna that most folks preheat for a treat after a dip in the hot tub, and a kids' playground that is known for its treehouse library. You'll also find custom amenities you can only find in the country like an array of fire pits, tree swings made for kids and adults, and a dog park with runs for off-leash playtime.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to whip up delicious meals, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the essential appliances and cookware. Enjoy your meal in your suite, or step outside to the outdoor furniture and enjoy your meal al fresco.

Suite 118 is located on the first floor of the resort, just a few steps away from all of our amazing amenities. This charming studio apartment is beautifully decorated and professionally cleaned between each guest. We offer self-check-in and will respect your desire to "get away" if that's your preference, but are happy to answer any questions or address any concerns before, during, and after your stay. Loved it!

Such an amazing place to stay! Staff was always helpful and kind. It was so relaxing and had every amenity you would need. The hot tub and sauna were great. The suite was clean and had such a beautiful set-up. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing place!

Such a cozy environment to be in, and a great place to kick back and take a break from reality. Staff is amazing here! They do their best to make you feel right at home. The complementary treats were so sweet as well. The hot tub and sauna were amazing! I definitely felt refreshed after staying here.

Lovely little place

This place is studio, BUT you will feel right at home. The MOST comfortable bed ive ever slept on. And its not a long drive to hit up all that Chattanooga has to offer. Dont miss this place just because its not in Chattanooga.

Solo Trip

Room large enjoy to feel comfortable but small enough to reach everything. I love the personal touch in the unit. Keep up the excellent work. The room is beautiful.

Cute space. Clean and nicely decorated.

The room we rented was very clean, almost everything new (flooring, appliances, kitchen counter and cabinets). Lots of little touches added (Keurig coffee maker with pods and creamer provided, a couple of complimentary waters and beers, soaps, lotions, separate towel for makeup use, all the dishes and cooking utensils you could need, full spice rack, etc).

Sweet place to rest our heads

My daughter and I were in town for a softball tournament and were struggling to find good places to stay when I stumbled upon this listing. It was perfect driving distance to where we needed to go and everything we needed to relax when we weren’t at the ballpark. The bed was insanely comfortable and we slept like babies! The bottle of wine was a wonderful touch to calm down at night. My only complaint is that we didn’t have time to enjoy the outdoor amenities of the facility! I would love for my husband and I to come back when we have more free time!

Broken hot tub

cons -The main reason I booked this place was for the hot tub. I could have gotten a place closer to our destination without a hot tub. Was not informed before checking that the motor had went out on hot tub . We were very disappointed. They offered us marshmallows to roast for compensation. ☹️ Walls are very thin and dogs barking very early in the morning and late at night as this is a pet friendly property. Pros - we enjoyed the nice Mexican restaurant just a few miles down the road . The property was very clean and managed and well supplied.

We had a pump go out on the hot tub just prior to Mandi's arrival. We immediately ordered a replacement, but the closest supplier is Las Vegas. It arrives tomorrow, and our hot tub technician is booked to install it right away. We hate that this amenity was unavailable for Mandi's one-night stay, but unfortunately maintenance issues do occasionally occur that require parts. Mandi's Suite was in perfect working order, and all other resort amenities were in working order including the 5-person European Sauna, manicured wildflower walking trails, playground, tree swings, hammock area, fire pits, grills and more. We hope that Mandi will give us another chance in the future, since we understand that the non-working hot tub was a disappointment.

The area has a friendly community atmosphere with plenty of family-friendly attractions and activities to explore all year round. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy, such as biking, hiking, camping, and fishing. The local shopping district provides an excellent selection of stores, restaurants, and entertainment options for everyone. The population in this area is growing steadily but remains relatively low which allows for a more peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Overall, Rock Spring is an excellent place to call home with plenty of opportunities to make the most out of your time here!

Rock Spring Resort is designed to feel like a luxury home away from home. We are very family and pet-friendly! Because let's face it, traveling with kids can be tough! We also cater to pups with a Bark Park, biscuits, and extra leashes so your 4-legged family members can explore Rock Spring Resort along with you!

We have full-time maintenance onsite 24 hours a day, plus professional cleaners here 7 days per week. 100% of our staff speaks English, but we also have folks on site fluent in American Sign Language and German - plus, we speak a bit of Spanish and French.
