Welcome to our recently renovated, dog-friendly home with fantastic views of Lookout Mountain! This is our personal home which we live in during the winter and offer as a VRBO throughout the rest of the year! The house is fully stocked, decorated with love and ready to go for your stay!

~20 min from downtown Chattanooga
~10 min to St.Elmo
~8 min to Chickamauga!

ABOUT THE HOME:

The home went through a complete renovation including new windows, basement refinish, landscaping and a NEW 3rd bathroom with STEAM SHOWER.

We love the natural MCM look of the 1960s rancher and chose to lean into the uniqueness - by keeping the original green bathroom tiles and beadboard basement.

This home is spacious for multiple couples, children and pets.

The 2nd floor
-Includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 1 bathroom is en-suite to the primary bedroom, and 1 bathroom is off of the main hallway. This floor walks out to the amazing back-deck with a view of Lookout Mountain. The back-deck faces West so guests can see the most amazing sunsets. In the morning, you can enjoy your coffee/tea listening to the birds. Deck includes two layout chairs, a 4-top metal table set with umbrella and two stackable chairs, a gas grill, chimenea, and stocked with firewood on the first floor.

The 1st floor
-Completely finished partial basement which walks-outside to the fenced back yard / dog run. This floor includes the largest 4th bedroom (this bedroom does not have a window), and an entertainment room that has 3 separate beds (futon, twin trundle) - perfect for kids or a group of friends.
-This floor includes a brand new 3rd full bathroom with walk in, steam shower

-Most rooms include a Smart TV and bathrooms include Bluetooth speakers within the ceiling fan!

-The house is on a water filtration system meaning all of the sink and shower water is completely filtered! No water bottles needed here.

-The garage is huge and includes a full laundry area with stain stick, detergent, dryer sheets - everything you may need.

-Easy check-in and check-out process with a Smart Lock.

-We have dogs and understand how hard it can be to book a VRBO that is dog friendly! The home is optimized to make it easy for those traveling with their dogs. We include 2 pet gates, eating & drinking bowls and dog friendly blankets. We charge $60 per dog. We are flexible on the amount of dogs (because we are dog lovers) please just reach out in advance. *Please note sometimes our internet can be spotty downstairs since we are up in the mountains. The internet upstairs however is always strong and reliable*
