Inside, you`ll find two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, fast WiFi, and a Roku TV so you can stream your favorite shows using your personal accounts. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, whether you`re cooking breakfast before heading out or enjoying a quiet dinner at home. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience, making longer stays a breeze.

One of our favorite features is the little touches that make the home unique, including a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom so you can enjoy your favorite music or podcast while getting ready for the day.

Outside, the property offers plenty of parking and a huge yard with room to relax, play, or enjoy the outdoors. Gather around the picnic table for a meal, fire up the camp-style grill, or simply enjoy the peaceful setting after a day of exploring.

Located in Rossville, Georgia, you`ll be just a short drive from Chattanooga, Lookout Mountain, Rock City, Ruby Falls, the Tennessee Aquarium, Chickamauga Battlefield, and countless restaurants, shops, and outdoor attractions.

Guests have access to the entire home

To operate the light/fan/speaker in the bathroom:

-Press the on button at the bottom to start
-Press the lightbulb for the light. The light beside that will also illuminate and will allow you to dim or brighten the light.
-Press the fan button to turn on the fan.
-Press the music note to activate the Bluetooth, search for HOMEWERKS(JC141) on your device to connect.
-Press the on/off button at the bottom to turn power off.
We just ask that you treat our home like you would your own!

-No smoking of any substance inside the home. If you do smoke please do so outside and clean up any butts. Evidence of any smoke inside the house will result in an immediate $500 charge plus the cost of remediation. Extra charges will also apply for littering butts outside.

-Pets are welcome with a 2 dog max. Please select the pet option upon booking. There is an $95 nonrefundable pet fee.

Biohazard Cleaning Fee:
For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas.

Excessive Pet Hair Fee:
While we love hosting furry guests, excessive pet hair that requires additional cleaning beyond our standard turnover will result in an additional cleaning fee. Thank you for helping us keep the home comfortable for everyone! 🐾

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.
