Pleasant stay

We have stayed in a lot of rental apartments and this one was particularly nice. Spacious, clean, comfortable, recently renovated, nice bathroom, washer and dryer, clothes steamer, proper kitchen where we were able to cook meals.

The upper right cabinet has something dirty in it. If you open it and smell you cannot miss it. We have noticed the smell other stays but this time we notice one of the plates or bowels must have been put away dirty. Also we were not notified of the unit being available early but we are still giving a 5 star review for you guys.

The location was fantastic and the property itself was perfect. We walked and took public transportation a lot. It felt like we were in a calm space, but still very close to plenty of things to do and see. The kitchen had everything we needed and the home was very comfortable. Upstairs neighbors were also quiet.

Great place to stay!

A real oasis for me while in town for three weeks working on my sonā€™s house. Nice modern kitchen, clean as a whistle. Up to date bathroom. Leave your earplugs home. Quiet unit and street. Five minute walk to nice New Seasons grocery store. Nice place!

Great property great neighborhood

I was in town all week recording an album. Location! The flat was only a few blocks from our studio, grocery shopping and a coffee shop are less than 2 blocks away and the neighborhood is infinitely walkable. The flat itself is charming and had all the amenities I needed, including WiFi and ample outlets. The shower had great pressure and Iā€™d definitely stay again.

Overall nice. Needs a few easy things, but would definitely stay again.

Quirky but cute place in what has become a really great area in NE Portland. New Season's market is in easy walking distance, a small food cart area is near that, and several restaurants are also nearby. Access on and off the Fremont Bridge connects you quickly to downtown if desired and access to I-5 isn't far from that. The place is a clean and appears to be newly remodeled, although there are a few elements of finish work that need to be addressed.

This rental was very clean but a bit dark. Or course, it is a basement unit so that is to be expected. The color of the room is much darker than the photos. There was some noise from the tenants in the upstairs unit but that is also to be expected. Overall, happy with our stay.

Really cute place, unfortunately it seems like a lot of maintenance is not taken care of. The washer is front facing and looks like the rim has never been cleaned. It was filled with mold and smelled atrocious. The bathroom fixtures were also falling apart, and a lot of the outlets around the space were so loose nothing would stay in. I tried multiple times to contact the property manager, but was either ignored or met with messages of ā€œWeā€™ll pass it alongā€ with no follow up. The area is great, but a lot of the routine maintenance and care is clearly not taken care of.

Disappointing

Insufficient directions to get to unit. Hair in shower ... not mine. Terrible customer service when I discovered washer did not work, and no one ever came to fix it.

Quiet neighborhood

The location of the rental was in a quiet neighborhood but close to many amenities. My spouse and I were in Oregon for a work trip combined with a house hunting trip. There were a number of downsides to the periphery personally - only 1 fan and an air purifier while it was 80+ degrees outside, a number of the lights either had burned out bulbs or no bulbs at all, and the washer did not work properly. I did reach out about the washer because we booked the property specifically because it had in unit laundry and we were staying there our second week of the trip, and it meant we could pack for a week rather than two or need to find a laundromat. It was a decent enough spot for what we needed, but there were a number of little things added more stress to a trip that was already a bit packed and stressful.
