Beautiful lakeshore condo on Clearwater Lake (3200 acres). This condo is located approximately 40 feet from the lake shore on a peninsula between two lakes with a view of both lakes. See the sunrise over one lake and watch the sunset over the other lake while sitting on the deck porch swing.

Peaceful wooded setting. Sit and relax, listen to the loons and watch the wildlife, fish (summer and winter), golf nearby, or enjoy the many unique shopping opportunities in Annandale, huge outlet mall in Albertville, or many malls in Minneapolis including the Mall of America.

The Saturday morning Flea Market is a must for all to experience. Find the bargain of the day (antiques and new items), buy fresh vegetables, enjoy mini donuts, corn-dogs, kettle corn, cheese curds, or have breakfast in the old red shack. Many fine dining restaurants in the area. Fish for walleye, bass, crappies, sunfish, or northern pike. Duck hunters haven in the fall. The little children can enjoy the playground, and the sandy beach or spend the day at the pool and catch the rays. Fire pits available for the evening campfire.

Condo is supplied with games for children and adults, as well as the water toys for use at the pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) or on the lake. See Calendar for availability, e-mail, or call.

Loved the stay, the old cabin feel was great, the beach was right there, the neighbors who mostly all own the condos connected were all friendly and welcoming. Cabin was stocked with essentials as noted. The lake and dock was wonderful. Cabin was a little dusty, but overall very happy with the stay!

Kid friendly and great location

The kids loved the pool and playing with other guests. The fishing was wonderful. The condo had more space than we expected and everything that we needed.

Great Condo on the Lake

This was our third stay. There were some new upgrades to the unit since our last (new windows, single room AC unit, and TV). These were nice amenities, but we keep returning for the location on the lake and quiet setting. A relaxing stay again!

Family-friendly stay

The cabin has access to great family-friendly facilities: a pool, a small lakeside beach, and a dock. The cabin was clean and cozy. The host was very communicative and the check-in/out process was very smooth. Although the cabin doesn't come with beach tools, pontoons can be rented from across the lake.

Just ok

Hard to find as number sign was obscured by weeds. Wouldā€™ve liked more info on boat landing. Air conditioning was stand alone unit not whole unit so it got hot. Refrigerator doesnā€™t work properly. Food was just lukewarm to cool only.not cold by any means! Biggest burner on stove doesnā€™t work. Oven dial is rubbed off so no idea what temp I was setting the oven at. TV really really small and far away from couch and chairs. Wi-Fi was off and on.

Beautiful Lake Location

A nice on a gorgeous lake with wonderful fishing. Communication with property owner with any questions and concerns were resolved quickly. Condo is rustic as advertised and suited our needs. I would definitely return again.

4th of July

This was the full July 4th experience. We enjoyed boating, fishing, parade, carnival rides and of course fireworks. The cabin was just the ticket for our family to rest, relax, swim and play.

Perfect View & Location, BUT...

Steps from the lake, awesome deck/patio, spacious, many board game choices, ice cube trays were a nice touch and it's a quiet end unit. However, many cobwebs on ceilings, lights and wall corners, but otherwise pretty clean. Smoke detectors were beeping on my arrival, which was irritating, so I had to climb on chairs to remove them. Appeared to be NO air conditioning as the window unit was unplugged and sitting on a table, so we were only able to control the heat. It got very muggy inside! Don't leave windows open with lights on at night if you venture out because the bugs get thru the screens and hundreds of them were swarming in the lit areas when we returned home. Ladies, there are NO mirrors or dressers in the bedrooms FYI. Paying a host fee, I found it odd that we had to bring our own bath towels, even though the host had many available... but we were told to only use them if we HAD to. ??? No bath soap, washcloths or dish towels were available either. Again, with the $100 host fee we were charged, I was surprised we had to remove our own bedding for each bed and put the dirty sheets in the bathtub. ??? Does that mean the blankets won't be washed for the next group that comes in??? Very old & small TV with DVD/VHS player. And just know that the three bedrooms are UPSTAIRS and the one and only bathroom is DOWNSTAIRS for those needing to use it in the middle of the night. Overall it was a lovely stay, although it rained most of our time there.

Despite the weather

Despite the weather the property was as advertised! Close to restaurants and shopping. Pool was awesome and heated! Rained slot before and during stay. Docking spot provided, but we didnā€™t bring our boat because of the weather. Would stay again!!

Still a Perfect Condo on the Lake

This is the second time we stayed at the condo, and our experience was as smooth as our last stay. The hosts were responsive, check-in and out was a breeze, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We could not ask for a better location on the lake!

Great lake view

After a small hiccup in communication about access, we had a short but pleasant stay in this townhome on the lake. Being the end unit, it had a great, unencumbered view of the lake with a great deck where we spent most of our time. There were people in some of the other units but they were quiet and friendly but not intrusive. The unit was adequately stocked in the kitchen and the beds very comfortable. I'd book this unit again.

Family weekend

Great time with our family, the lake is very weedy but we made the best of it and had fun! The condo is cute, brings me back to my childhood with the decor. And my only complaints are, the fridge was not as cold as it should be (on coldest setting) and ceiling fans in every room would help alot with air flow. I still give 5/5 over all!

Time with family

Everyone enjoyed being at the lake, plenty of space. Lots of little fish biting in the lake. Enjoyed skipping stones, swimming in the pool, eating on the deck and playing card games at night. Would definitely go back!

Cozy Cabin

The location was great. The property itself is dated but well maintained. Good amount of towels, pillows, blankets, seating etc. kitchen was well stocked. Beach, pool and playground were perfect for kids. Owner was good at communicating. Only one window AC unit in a bedroom upstairs. Would have been nice to have an additional AC option in the cabin. Overall good experience and would recommend.

Quaint Condo, perfect for disconnecting for the weekend.

We had our annual Momā€™s Weekend with 4 of us. The unit is on the end, right next to the playground (never used the weekend we were there), in front of the small beach, and right outside the outdoor pool. Everyone from other weekenders to the families who own the condos are SO SO nice. Lots of dogs who are able to be off leash near their condo, like to come say hi as youā€™re sitting on the deck. We loved that. We didnā€™t go into the lake. We bought floaties to lounge in the pool all day long and it was perfect. There is one table with chairs in the pool area plus other Adirondack chairs sprinkled around. The beds are comfy and the futon, which can double as a bed, was also very comfortable. We are looking forward to staying again! Thank you Rowley!

Nice stay

This cabin was exactly how it was advertised and a good get away for our family. Itā€™s definitely the best condo in this community, closest to lake. There was only one window unit AC which made sleeping in the other bedrooms challenging. The only thing I would point out is the lake, itā€™s very shallow at times! We brought our boat. With the shallow waters because of little rain and the nature of this lake you need to be careful not to hit the bottom in the channels.
