This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a top-level, end unit that is filled with natural daylight from dusk 'til dawn.You will never get tired of lounging on the screened deck overlooking the main channel at the 2 Mile Marker of the Osage Arm. Prime location on the Horseshoe Bend that is just minutes from all the popular Osage Beach restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and the old-school tourist favorite: Bagnell Dam. And, if you love golf, you will have a hard time choosing between the many courses nearby.

You will have no trouble falling asleep after a fun-filled day at the lake because every bedroom features a new memory foam mattress. Enjoy the luxury linens and bath towels. Kick up your feet and sink into one of the two matching leather sofas. Each sofa is large enough for kids to sleep on them. Enjoy a daydream, a good book or a restful nap in front of the electric fireplace that comes with a remote control. The neutral decor and luxury vinyl plank flooring adds to the natural ambiance.

The kitchen includes all the cookware, serveware and utensils you need to feel right at home. There is a propane gas grill on the covered front porch. There is seating for 8 between the dining table and bar counter. After you finish your meals, check out the cabinet full of board games and playing cards.

On the screened deck, you will love the table with 4 deep seating chairs and a padded bench. There are 2 additional chairs and side table. You won't be able to take your eyes off the lake! You can also access the deck from the private walkway that extends the full length of the unit.

The Primary Suite has direct access to the deck and you will love waking up to that stunning waterfront view! The en suite bathroom is spacious and bright. Double sink vanity, walk-in closet and private room with toilet and tub/shower.
The 2nd, King Size bedroom has direct access to the guest bathroom that includes ample shelving.
The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and is just a few steps from the shared bath.

Every guest can enjoy their favorite streaming services or live Cable TV from one of 5 new Smart TVs. There is a 65-inch Smart TV in the main living area, a 43-inch Roku TV in both of the King Bedrooms, a 32-inch Roku TV in the Queen bedroom and also on the deck. WiFi included

Paved parking is just a few short flights of stairs from your front door. This is a a great location for nature walks--there's a great chance you will encounter deer and other local wildlife when you venture out on the tree-line roads. There is a lakefront boardwalk on both the Westshore and Eastshore of the beautifully maintained Falls Complex. There are two swimming pools--one that is situated high on a cliff with expansive views of the main channel from the covered Gazebo. The pool at The Point is lake-level and offers panoramic views for boat-watching. Both pools have bathroom facilities. There is elevator access to the lakefront pool. You will also find a small playground and a tennis court.

Traveling with a boat? Check with the Owner to see if any boat slips are available during your stay. The Falls cove is long, wide and deep—perfect for tubing and wakeboarding with the kids. And, there are multiple marinas nearby for gas, ice, boating supplies, waverunner and water toy rentals.
