With 2,125 square feet of beautifully appointed living space spread across two floors, this stunning condo delivers the rare combination of true ski-in/ski-out convenience, resort-caliber community amenities, and interiors refined enough to make every non-skiing hour equally memorable. Whether you are gathering a group of friends for a winter ski trip or escaping to the mountains for a summer adventure, Apex 407 sets an exceptionally high bar.

Room for Everyone
The grand master suite on the upper level is a true retreat, appointed with a king bed, Smart TV, and sweeping mountain views framed by an expansive picture window. Its en suite bathroom is equally impressive, featuring double sinks, a deep soaking tub, and a separate shower with dual showerheads. On the lower level, the second master bedroom continues the luxury with a king bed, Smart TV, and a private en suite showcasing a large glass-and-tile shower. The third bedroom is a well-designed bunk room sleeping up to four guests with full-over-full and twin-over-twin bunk beds, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a tub and shower combo — perfectly suited for families or younger guests. A stacked washer and dryer on the lower level keeps everyone fresh throughout the stay.

Gather, Cook & Unwind
Apex 407's two-level layout gives large groups the space to spread out and find their own rhythm. Both the upper and lower levels feature a great room with modern furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, Smart TV with Sonos Soundbar, and direct access to the deck where the surrounding mountain views steal the show. The upper-level gourmet kitchen is appointed with a Wolf six-burner gas range with convection oven, SubZero refrigerator, and gorgeous quartz countertops anchored by a generous island — a space that makes cooking for a crowd genuinely enjoyable. The dining area seats eight with ease. Downstairs, the lower-level kitchenette with a Wolf microwave, coffee maker, and two-zone wine fridge is ideal for keeping après-ski essentials close at hand. Please note that the monitors in the lower-level living room are reserved for owner use and are not available to guests. Electric blinds and central air conditioning add polished, effortless comfort throughout both levels.

Outside the condo, the exclusive Apex slope-side clubhouse is available to members and guests only. Unwind with après-ski cocktails in the lounge, take a dip in the heated pool, soak in the hot tub, or gather around the outdoor fire pit. Inside, a fitness center, steam room, sauna, spa treatment rooms, and a game room round out an amenity package that rivals any full-service resort. A private ski storage room sits just outside the condo door, two assigned spaces in the underground garage handle parking effortlessly, and the Canyons Village Connect shuttle serves the area throughout the winter season.

The Setting
Positioned within the newly developed Apex community, this condo occupies one of the most coveted slope-side addresses in all of Park City — true ski-in/ski-out living above Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, the largest ski resort in the United States. In summer, those same trails give way to world-class mountain biking and hiking, and the Canyons Golf Course sits just half a mile away. The village base with its dining, shopping, and year-round programming is moments from your door, with larger grocery stores and additional dining a short drive toward Kimball Junction or central Park City.

Security Cameras
For the comfort and security of all guests, exterior security cameras are present in common areas and on the exterior of the building. No cameras are located inside the condo.

Great location and great unit

We were there before the mountain opened for my daughter’s training at Ut Olympic Park. Fantastic location for that. Everything was great and we tried to book again for her training in Jan but it was already booked out. This is a beautiful and well appointed home.

Not an accurate description.

The description of the property is fairly deceptive as this is not a true ski in ski out facility. Had a couple of issues some that went unresolved. Wine fridge broken was told it was going to be fixed it was never fixed. Bathroom vanity light was a strobe light the entire time. Spare bathroom bathtub was clogged had a swamp in the bathtub the entire week. Control 4 is always a risk in any short term rental as most of the time it does not work as described and there’s typically too confusing for your average person. In this case the remote kept timing out making it difficult to change channels. The price was incredibly high compared to local boutique hotels that provided a top level experience. We chose the Apex because we have friends that live there. We are an extremely experienced traveling family.
