Enjoy exclusive access to the entire house during your stay. The number of bedrooms you have access to will depend on the number of guests in your group. Please let us know if you need access to more bedrooms.
1 to 4 guests: access to 2 bedrooms
5 to 6 guests: access to 3 bedrooms
7 to 8 guests: access to 4 bedrooms
9 or more guests: access to all bedrooms

For a more extended stay, guests who book for 4 nights or more will have access to the washer. To be mindful of resources, please only wash full loads and bring your own detergent.

Enjoy a comfortable stay with air conditioning included in all bedrooms and the living room. The air conditioning in the living room is powered on between 7AM and 11PM. If you require AC outside of these hours, there is an additional fee of $2 per hour. Please note that the AC may not cool the living room as effectively as the bedrooms due to the glass doors, but it will maintain a comfortable temperature.

Each bedroom is equipped with a presence sensor and WIFI-enabled AC remote control. The AC will automatically turn off if the room is unoccupied. The minimum temperature for the AC in the bedrooms is 20°C.

The crib is in the storage room. If you need to use the crib please let us know before your arrival.

To ensure optimal energy efficiency and comfort, please close the doors in the living room when using the air conditioning. If the doors are left open for 5 minutes or more, the AC will switch to fan mode. Once the doors are closed, the AC will automatically return to its previous setting.

If you have guests visiting only during the day, there is a fee of $10 per visitor.

Our caretaker attends to the property daily to maintain the pool and outdoor area. Please note that the caretaker respects your privacy and will only enter the house if it is necessary and requested by the guest.

The TVs have the Netflix app installed, but you must provide your own account.
