Olivebridge is a quiet and beautiful area! Close to the best hiiing trails in hudson valley! My home features a Jacuzzi Tub, Hot Tub, High Speed Internet, Many walking/hiking areas nearby, Large Lawn to play a game of Horseshoe or sit by the fire pit and roast s’mores! All year round we have breathtaking views here in the Catskills. My home is only 20 minutes to the Town of WOODSTOCK!

We are not far from the Best Ski resorts around! 30-45 mins to each ski resort!! Ski all day and then come back and enjoy a resting relaxation in the Hot Tub!

Feel free to smoke outside around the property or on the porches (with both windows/doors closed at all times while smoking) Please dispose of cigarettes in the ashtrays ONLY!

My home also has a karaoke/disco machine you can use. A personal massage table, for extra relaxation! A large Smart TV (no cable) Two electric fireplaces/heat for ambiance or turn the heat on if your chilly during the fall/winter months. It’s very private and quiet at my home which is what I really love about living in this area. It’s very peaceful and beautiful!

My home is set up as a mother daughter family home. I will be staying in the downstairs level of my home. My guests will be having full access of my Entire upstairs which includes a full kitchen, living room area, front porch, large back deck off of the kitchen/dining room. The upstairs Also includes 3 bedrooms- the master bedroom has its own bathroom with a jacuzzi tub & shower, with its own entrance that leads you out to the private enclosed hot tub area. You also have access to the Lawn, parking and entire property. Yes, I live in the basement, You won’t even know I’m here. I may even not be around during the guests bookings. You have your own personal parking area/driveway for you and your guests and a separate entrance and driveway below for myself to use so I’m completely out of your way! I have my own kitchen, bathroom & living area downstairs where I do not need to use the upstairs at any point in time during your stay. The hot tub/porches/property will never be used by me during your stay. I do not use any amenities while I have guests booked.

You are able to access anything you see unless a door is locked. Such as the Master Bedroom Closet & the basement door those are the only areas off limits. Other than that the entire property, parking, amenities, hot tub, fire pit, massage table, both front and back porch and yard is all yours to use and Enjoy! We do have an outdoor camera on the property for security purposes so we know when guests arrive and how many have arrived. So PLEASE be HONEST in your booking to prevent EXTRA charges.
