Great accommodation, just what we needed for the weekend. Only complaint would be that the outside trash cans were completely full when we arrived so we had to place our bags on the curb.

Just a heads up there was a cat under or outside the house that keep memowing all night. It kept downstairs people up all night.

Night at the beach before a cruise

My family and I stayed at this location prior to us boarding a Royal Caribbean cruise in March. The property is rather relaxing as it is far enough away from the main seawall that the noise / traffic doesn't reach, but close enough to where you can walk to the beach and back easily. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the multiple bedrooms so each of the couples could have their own space. The only downside to our stay was the condition of the house when we arrived. The beds were all freshly made and laid out but sadly the rest of the house was not fully cleaned. There were numerous empty Sprite cans around the interior and exterior of the house. The downstairs bathroom had a towel and what looked like dirt in the shower (it washed away easily enough when we ran some cold water over it). There was also a few items left over in the fridge / freezer. Minus those few flaws we did enjoy our time and would probably stay there again.

Prom Night

Not everyone is willing to allow prom teens stay at their rental. I am grateful to Serj for allowing me to chaperone prom night for these teens. The set up was perfect, comfortable beds with clean linens, towels, and bathrooms. Easy self check-in, Roku access, Wi-Fi, and lots of parking with nearby convenience stores for last minute needed items like ice and a flashlight (just in case since it was storming and the lights flickered a few times). Thank you again for allowing a safe place for me to host a few teens on their prom night, we loved your home!!!

Missing a few things

The property was extremely clean and in a great location. The only downfall was that there were not enough towels and the kitchen was missing some staples, most notably coffee. The owner was gracious enough to let us leave our suitcases at the property when we got in earlier than the check in time. I’d recommend this property to others.

Beautiful Property, Convenient Location

The property was very convenient to shopping and beaches. Close enough to Seawall Blvd. but far enough to not feel part of the crowds and noise of that area. The house itself was spacious, well maintained, and full of neat little "extras" that made our stay great. The bunk bed room was a hit with the kid. The loft area upstairs was a surprise bedroom and full bathroom. Careful walking on the floor getting out of the shower in that upstairs bathroom! I would recommend some non-slip rugs to reduce the change of slipping on that beautiful tile floor. When we arrived, all the linens were piled in front of the closet where the washer and dryer were. I sent a message to the property owner, asking if we were responsible for washing them and redressing the beds. I did not hear back from the owner until after our visit, but we took care of washing, drying, and redressing the beds and folding the towels that were in the pile. It wasn't a big deal, especially since it seems the property is very popular, and the poor cleaning lady is alone, trying to prepare the house for the next guests. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

I stayed here with my husband and a friend that came to visit us. We had an excellent time. The property owners were very responsive to questions and offered help with anything that we needed. Location is great if you want to spend time on Bourbon and the French quarter - it's all within walking distance. I specifically chose this place because of the pool on the roof. The pool itself has a bit to be desired as it is small and the liner is a bit wonky. However the out door space upstairs is quite nice. Overall I would absolutely stay here again. It slept the three of us comfortably, and with two bathrooms it made getting ready each day a lot easier!

Family stay and cruise

The property was wonderful and comfortable. However there was no coffee, which is not a deal breaker whatsoever, just have always been provided at other properties. The hot water in the master bath did not work well. Family played games and enjoyed the stay. Thank you again!!

Cute house, lack of hot water and heat

When we arrived it was 60 degrees in the house, and 30 degrees outside. The house never warmed up and was freezing all night. Discovered there was also no hot water, so the showers were useless. For a night it was hugely frustrating.

AMAZING PEOPLE AND PROPERTY

This place was perfect and looks better in person than the pictures. The owner of the property made sure that we were able to check in when she said we would be able to, she went out of her way by bringing additional people to help and move the cleaning process along faster. When we come back we would not give it a second thought about staying here at this same location! It’s a perfect location, 1.5 blocks from the ocean, 2 minutes from Walmart, but far enough off the strip you don’t hear all the noise. We will definitely be back and will be returning back to the same place in a few months!!! Thank you again for going out of your way!
