The space
Cedar House, perched atop a hill in the Central District, is just a short walk from Capitol Hill. This expansive 2,500 sqft home is ideal for a family retreat or a gathering with friends. The standout feature is the custom-built cedar hot tub, which comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.

Inside, you'll discover a beautifully renovated 1901 historic home that seamlessly blends modern comforts with its original charm. With three spacious bedrooms, it's perfect for both families and groups. After a day of exploring the city, relax in the living area or enjoy a rejuvenating soak in the cedar hot tub, nestled in the large, tranquil yard. The lush garden offers ample space for relaxation, outdoor meals, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Guest access
We have one driveway with 4 parking spots but it is a tandem driveway and all cars have to be tandem parked. If you don't want to drive, public transport is a 5 minute walk.
Other things to note
The house is old and we have tried our best to keep the original architecture with modern finishes. It is not a newer built home.
