This property is exceptional in several ways. While most properties in the area only have three bedrooms, we accommodate larger groups with an extra bedroom, a second living room, and multiple seating areas on the back patio. We designed it for our dual-family vacations as a place to connect and make memories in abundance. Pool Heat is available for $40 per day, with a minimum of 3 days.

Last toast on the coast

The house was beautiful, just as described. I would definitely stay again. We had a few hiccups but Julie was prompt with taking care of us.

Second time staying here! Thisvplace does not dissapoint!! Had family fly in to spend time for my dads 70th birthday! Highly recommended! Just as good as the first time we stayed! Super clean , amazing neighborhood! Beautiful views!! Thank you so much for family memories!!

90th birthday celebration

Perfect place for a family get together for our momā€™s 90th birthday. We were the central meeting place for the entire group, although only 7 stayed at the house. The open floor plan was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated. It was a special weekend that I know my mom will never forget.

The property was amazing. Clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was very spacious for food prep and the grill was an added bonus. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Staycation

We had a great little family staycation. The home was very clean and spacious. Everyone had their own room/bed. The beds were very comfortable too. The pool and patio area is set up for entertaining and if you are staying with your boat, thereā€™s a nice dock and short ride to excellent fishing spots and fishermanā€™s village. We took our boat to have dinner and fished over the weekend. It was a very relaxing, fun filled getaway.

Modern, Clean, & Spacious

This rental had everything you could ask for! The kitchen was large and well-stocked, all the bedrooms were clean and well decorated, and the pool and canal views were incredible! Can't wait to book again!

Great Labor Day stay

Wonderful canal front home. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Our Family really enjoyed the pool and paddle boarding from the dock. Fishermanā€™s village was nice and close. We had great dinners at the restaurants there. Hope to return one day. Thank you for sharing your home.

A Beautiful Home and Great Location

We stayed 6+ weeks and the home offered everything we needed. The large kitchen and outdoor living area were ideal. The SW facing back offered amazing views. The home owner was extremely responsive to our inquiries during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Great location!!! Great property!!

We stayed for an extended period of time and the house did not disappoint. We felt very comfortable. very safe. and loved that everything was SO close. We could walk to fisherman's village and even to downtown. Julie was great about answering our questions right away and handling any issues that came up during our stay. The pool area was wonderful - great outdoor space and plenty of room for our group of 8.

Large Home - Great Stay

The property has a lot of offer. Large home with 4 bedrooms. Ample living space in between bedrooms. Nicely decorated and very modern. Perfect for a large family or group to spread out. The pool and lanai area are fabulous. SW facing for plenty of afternoon sun. Close to the action including Fishermans Village which is about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive.

Family get together for Mom's 90th Birthday

Very lovely home. We had a great time. Would have loved to stay longer if we had the time. Everyone loved the pool and congregating around it. Convenient to all areas of Punta Gorda and we became the gathering place for most of the family reunion. The only negative would be the coffee maker leaked and had no option to keep coffee warm for later risers.

This was an absolutely beautiful home in a great location in Punta Gorda. Julie, the homeowner was so sweet and even called us to tell us that the weather was taking a turn and a hurricane was approaching. If we werenā€™t comfortable and wanted to leave, she would refund the days we didnā€™t stay. We also learned that this home was built by Bob Villa and his crew (she even sent the video of the show) to be completely ā€œhurricane proofā€ it reassured us and although we were able to leave at our normal departure, we couldā€™ve stayed and stayed safe during the storm. We love the home, the pool, the bedrooms and beds were all very comfy. No complaints and we hope to return again! Thank you!

Comfortable Punta Gorda

Great house located close to all of Punta Gorda. Just a few minutes from just about anywhere in town, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The home is furnished ina very comfortable fashion that makes you feel at home. We also appreciated the decor which makes it feel like a home, not a hotel. Plenty of space to comfortably enjoy your trip with a decent sized family as the areas are a little broken up instead of one big open concept space that gets noisy. Situated at the end of a canal,.the home offers beautiful views and privacy at the same time!

Was great till AC broke

Half way through our stay the house started getting warm. Informed the owner that it was hot the night before at nearly 77. Th he said that most people like it warm. The next day it got up to 80 and the owner said they would see if someone could fix it or just cut my vacation with family two days short or VRBO will find you something else. So they want us to pack up 7 people move to somewhere and unpack for two days or just cut vacation short. They finally admitted they knew the ac had a problem for a while. They said they would only refund two days because the ac was repaired at 4pm the night before but of course the house didnā€™t cool until the middle of the night. When asked about it again they said no. Would never rent from them again.

This property was excellent! Very quiet area. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking essentials. The grill was great. We enjoyed the pool area very much spending most days there. The canal was beautiful. My son used the paddleboard a few times. Beautiful sunsets. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to visit the area. We absolutely loved our time there.

We are very friendly and accommodating hosts who love traveling, snowmobiling, and other water sports like surfing and boating. We owned a rental home locally and had great reviews on our attention to guest satisfaction, so we decided to purchase this property with our long-time best friends as a vacation home for our families.
