The Space:

Looking to get away to the beach? "Beach Vibes" is a studio/efficiency unit that is the perfect spot for your next vacation.



This unit is approximately 400 square feet and sleeps four comfortably with a queen bed and two chairs that fold out into twin beds, all in the main living area. The condo also has new appliances, a full-sized washer and dryer, high-end cotton linen and towels, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower.

 

Complex Amenities: 3 Outdoor Pools, Tennis Courts, Snack Bar (seasonal), Children's Pool, and Beach Service.



Parking is limited to one (1) car per unit. You will need to purchase your parking pass onsite at Sugar Beach. As of 1/1/23, Sugar Beach charges $35.00 per parking pass. This price can change at any time, without notice.

Nice stay

The condo is clean and updated. The complex itself is older but well maintained and right on the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

What an Adorable Place

This condo was so clean and.decorated perfectly for the beach. We had a great stay.

Very small. Mold smell thru out. The chairs were worn out and uncomfortable whether as a chair or a bed. The lights would intermittently flicker and flash ( bad wiring) .no storage anywhere. Kitchen was not well stocked. BIG ONE... the ac didn't work. The fan would run but that's all, humidity ran down the wall and still warm. The washer was very noisy so we ran it when we left. I sent a message the first day there . Never received any response. I would give it a big fat 0 if I could. If you have allergies don't go there . Also, can't lock patio doors. How safe is that. All you can see from balcony is covered parking lot across the road. Trash truck arrives every day about 6AM. It cones in right under the balcony. Did have hot water.

This condo is conveniently located next to the beach. I like the fact that the parking has an attendant and that he walks the parking garage. The condo is good for a couple and maybe two younger children. The appliances were new but the condo is an older building and is need of some updates but if you are like us, you only spend a very short time in the condo because you are to busy on the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. There was a small issue with the air conditioner during our stay, but we reported it and used a large bowl out of the kitchen to catch the dripping water throughout our stay. When the condos are in peak season, parking is tight, but is manageable as we were there with the largest SUV Ford ever created. Overall, I would or will definitely visit here again if it is available when we return.

Just okay

The building seems old and in need of a facelift. The condo is small but decorated nicely. It’s okay for a short stay. I was not aware of the thirty-five dollar parking fee until I arrived because it is not mentioned in the property description/information. Overall, a good stay for the price.

Don’t stay here

Had to lug all our crap up the stairs both elevators broke on arrival. Room wall ac unit would not cool room. Do your self a favor and pay a little bit more and stay somewhere nicer or just don’t stay in this unit room 169

We have had the AC unit assessed and repaired. Additionally, the elevator issue was reported to the building's HOA and has been addressed. Spring Break 24

I have stayed at Sugar Beach many times and this time is the first time I've noticed the property as a whole needs repairs. Our unit #169 was in good shape but did have some ceiling damage that appears to be from water. Their was only 1 elevator working our entire stay. The heated pool was never working and the exterior of the building needs repairs. For the overall price I think next time I will choose a different location.

This place is old didn’t realize this unit was a studio apartment condo. Says has queen bed and is a full bed and two chairs that fold out for twin beds are hard and not big enough for any person to sleep on. Place was run down has window unit and paint peeling from celing hanging down . Door to balcony was rusted and barley could get it open and was about to fall out of the track. Had to pay for a hotel to sleep in at night hate that I ever rented this place! If one person is staying this place would be fine but shows it sleeps four and there is no way four people could sleep in this tiny place.
