Views, Views, and more Views await you in this Newly Remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Sherwin Condominium in Daytona Beach Shores. A minimum of 14 consecutive days rental is required. UPDATE: Due to the recent hurricanes, the pool and deck were damaged at the Sherwin and will need time to be repaired. We are working diligently to have all repairs done ASAP. I will keep my listing updated. Rates have been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience.

Enjoy Inspiring Sun Rises, Dolphins playing in the Ocean, Yachts and Sailboats cruising the Intercoastal, Rockets launched from the Space Coast, Colorful Sunsets and Sparkling City Lights from your Expansive Balcony. Every room in this luxurious condo exits onto a balcony.

The open floor plan with indoor outdoor living makes entertaining a breeze. Cooking on vacation will be a delight in this large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a massive granite island perfect for prepping food, mixing drinks, and displaying all your wonderful dishes for friends and family. Tile plank flooring throughout, floor to ceiling windows and updated bathrooms finish out this lovely condo.

At the Sherwin the social room is on penthouse level, offering breathtaking panoramic vistas to die for. Also enjoy a heated outdoor pool (not available at this time) steps from the beach, Jacuzzi/ hot tub, two saunas, well-equipped fitness room, game room with pool table, and a sunroom with library.

Just 5.5 miles long, the city features coastline on both sides: the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Residents and visitors alike take advantage of the pristine beach – whether for sunrise walks or bicycling, frolicking in the sand and surf, or enjoying the quiet solitude of the setting sun. Boats sail and cruise along the waterway, making the views from either the east or the west particularly scenic.

The Sherwin is close to New Smyrna where you can enjoy dining in several restaurants, shopping on Flagler Ave, and art galleries on their downtown's palm-lined Canal Street Historic District. Ponce Inlet and its Historic Lighthouse. Main Street and all of its nightlife. Daytona International Speedway and its adrenaline pumping events. And only an hour from Florida's major theme parks.

Not as clean as it should be

The property was nice. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need for a nice stay. However, I rewashed the utensils by the stove because they looked like they had been used and then placed back in the container without being washed. I had to wash several other things in the kitchen before using. Also, I vacuumed the rug in the living room because it looked dirty, moved the coffee table to find chips and a sock underneath, from previous tenants. There was mold in the guest shower. I believe your cleaning service is not doing their job very well. Beach access was very nice.

As Advertised!

Had a great week at this location. The views were great, especially for July 4 fireworks in the area. Only disappointment was the pool and deck facilities are still under repair, but access to the beach and the overall quality of the apartment more than made up for that. A nice fitness facility in the basement and a large group area on the 15th floor with panoramic north facing views caps off this excellent location. Amy was very responsive. 5 stars!

We will be back!

We plan on returning again next year. We are a family of 5 with 3 small children. We are in a season of life where we really use our vacation rentals. Between naps, and early bedtimes- it is important to us that we have a place that still feels like vacation, even off the beach. Some of the things that set this particular unit apart to us was how well stocked it was. Closets full of fluffy towels! SPICES and oil - how convenient this was to find as we prepped our meals every night. Coffee pot and a kurig. High quality beach gear INCLUDING swim diapers. (We didn’t use any but I sure wish I knew, those things are pricy!) an amazing beach umbrella, cart, chairs. We brought so much bulky gear - we will know for next time!! The beach was paradise. I will say, the hurricane has ripped apart this portion of Dayrona. We walked past so many destroyed structures. Lots of construction in the rebuilding process. But our building and beachfront was all that we could have asked for. People are doing their best and tourism is so important to this rebuilding. Amy was the most gracious host. Went out of her way to help us on more than one occasion. She responded nearly immediately. As amazing as the unit is - she is the reason we will be back. It made such a difference for us. We are so grateful we found this unit and can’t wait to be back!

Book. This. Condo !

We booked this condo for an event in late April ( 23-30 ). From the 1st time chatting with owner we knew it was the right choice. Amy is proficient, professional, and couldn’t be more inviting. The condo was clean neat and tidy, everything you need is there ( including Cornhole !!! ) don’t bother packing all the useless stuff either. All beach stuff is there waiting for your usage. Again book this place just not the same week as I plan ! Thanks Amy !!!!!

Anfitrião: Amy Potter

Amy was born in Arizona, and raised in sunny southern California. Amy attended college in Riverside and then embarked on a career in the hospitality industry. Her success in this field would see her rise to be both a general manager and later corporate trainer for well-known restaurant chains.
Seeking further challenges, Amy took advantage of her keen eye for style and gift for decorating by opening a design/gift shop in Tennessee, which was a joint venture with her mother, Faye. The duo saw an opportunity in Mexico to apply Amy's knowledge from her experiences in the hospitality industry, so they opened a restaurant in the town of Ajijic by the shores of Lake Chapala.
Amy is now well settled in the Daytona Beach area, with her nephew Greyson, and her dogs Hank, a Lhasa-poo, and Loretta Lynn, a Yorkie.
