Enjoy views of palms and the golf greens at this townhome as you pull into one of two designated parking spots. Step into the full kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook and eat, including an electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The counter opens up to a bar area, where three can sit and chat with the chef. In the living area, a glass door slides open to the golf-view patio. Enjoy the views of the greens from the nearby dining table. The living area includes a nap-worthy sectional that unfolds into a queen bed. This home sleeps four between two bedrooms and the sleeper sofa. The first bedroom boasts a queen bed, a large closet, a desk, and an attached half bath. The second bedroom has a sprawling California king bed, a 44-inch TV, and a sliding glass door that leads to the golf course-view patio. The large guest bathroom is configured with a tiled walk-in shower.

The Palm Desert Resort Country Club offers an amazing setting. This well-located resort has 13 pools and jacuzzies, a driving range, and a gorgeous mountain-view 18 hole 72 par golf course, and a clubhouse with a pro-shop, dining, and full bar. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the BNP Paribas Open, is only three miles away. From Indian Wells, catch a shuttle bus to Palm Desert's iconic music festivals like Coachella and Stagecoach. Find an abundance of natural beauty in the area. Hike Joshua Tree National Park, only an hour away. Or watch the colors change at sunset from the top of Mt. San Jacinto, a 30-minute drive away. If air-conditioned shopping and dining is more your speed, La Quinta is just a short drive down Washington Street.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
