Welcome to the quintessential desert retreat. We are conveniently located off the 5th fairway of a championship golf course in the beautiful 24 hour guard-gated community of the Palm Desert Resorter County Club. Our home is located in the back of the community on a quiet cul-de-sac. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, flatscreen tv and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen size pillow top bed. The master bath has a shower stall. The guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower.

The condo's open floor plan features a galley kitchen with a flow-through bar that leads into the dining area. The large dining table can be set for a party of six, for those who wish to host a holiday or dinner party. The living room features LED recessed lighting and cathedral ceilings with a large 68" ceiling fan. The condo also features a 40" flat screen television with Fios Cable, DVD player, and a wifi controlled thermostat. Enjoy walking into a clean and cool home upon arrival. From the living room, you enter the backyard patio that leads onto the 5th fairway. Relax and enjoy a refreshing beverage while you watch the sunset. There is also a Char-Broil bbq gas grill for you to show off your famous cooking skills. For your convenience, the private laundry room is located in the carport.

The Palm Desert Resort Country Club is an active golf community with an 18 hole par 72 public course that features a driving range, pro shop, clubhouse, restaurant, lounge, 14 lit tennis courts, and 20 pools and spas throughout the community which have salt water cleaning system, that are less harsh on body and clothing.

Great location

Great location on golf course at the end of a cul de sac. Property owner was very accommodating and communicative. Very nice bed in the master.

Wonderful condo in great gated community

This condo is adorable, and well equipped. The beds are amazing, and the patio is a great spot in the evening. The pool is conveniently close. The community is friendly and quiet, and perfect for bike riding off the busy streets. The tennis courts look great (next time)! There was a steady stream of golfers from morning till night, and it's reasonably priced. Tina is awesome and will go out of her way to make your stay perfect! We look forward to going back!

We had a wonderful time at the Modern Condo. The property was clean and spacious for the four of us. Our main plan was to watch Indian Wells, but we had just as much fun sitting on the patio watching golfers. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Very well appointed property with all amenities. Fantastic.

We stayed in this Property as a family of 4 and the layout was perfect. The Condo is very clean and well appointed and has everything needed to make the vacation easy. The Resort itself has all of the amenities with multiple pools, tennis courts and an excellent golf course. It is very quiet and which lends itself to being a really relaxing place to stay. It's only a short drive to everything that the Palm Springs area has to offer. We'd stay again for sure - as we really enjoyed! Would recommend. The Thomas Family.

Cozy Condo with well stocked kitchen

We had a mother/daughter week here and enjoyed the amenities the resort had to offer. We ate in often so I'm fuzzy about kitchen gadgets and appliances. BBQ had great heat if needed and low settings did the job. We enjoyed the back patio at dinner after the golfers were done for the day. Tina was such a gracious host as I did request an umbrella for the patio and alas...it was delivered in just a few days. The beds are comfortable so sleep well. I would recommend to fellow traveler's to the desert.

Paradise Found - in Palm Desert!

My wife and I spent the month of February 2017 in Palm Desert. We have stayed at Palm Desert Resort Country Club previously but this was our first time staying in this condo. If I had to describe our vacation in one word it would be FANTASTIC!. Tina (the condo owner) has done a wonderful job of furnishing the condo with contemporary furnishings and an incredibly luxurious King bed in the Master bedroom! Upon our arrival everything was neat, clean and in order - including a lovely gift basket filled with local goodies. (Thanks Tina!) The condo is located in the quiet end of the resort on a cul-de-sac which meant very little car traffic and the pool was only a few condos away from our condo. The rear patio overlooks the 5th fairway and many hours were spent on the patio enjoying the warm weather and watching the golfers and looking at the picturesque mountains in the distance to the West. From the very first email, Tina was quick to reply and answered all of our questions (even the silly ones!) very thoroughly. The rental process is very easy and our damage deposit was returned the day after our departure. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a modern condo situated in a quiet location within the Palm Desert area. We will be returning next year!

Good but very quiet.

Functional and clean condo situated in a well designed resort. We enjoyed our short stay in Palm desert. Good place for the golf lovers. Country club was quiet.

Great time in this cute condo!

My friends and I stayed at this condo in Palm Dessert and it was as nice as the pictures. It was decorated very cute and had all of the amenities you would need plus more. The beds were very comfortable. The owner Tina was very sweet and helpful in any needs we may have had. There was even a welcome bowl of fresh fruit. I would recommend this rental.

Stunning Condo

We had the most wonderful stay. . The condo is situated on a Golf Course with beautiful views. We had access to over 20 pools on the Complex. The grounds were immaculate. The condo is modern but at the same time warm & homely. It was eceptionally clean throughout. There are TV'S in all rooms and access to free WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 double bedrooms both with their own shower rooms. The main bedroom had the highest bed we had ever seen. It had a step to help get on it and it was so comfotable. There is Air Con. The owner was so helpful and informative both before we arrived and during our stay. When we arrived there was a lovely card welcoming us and also 2 delicious cupcakes which was a lovely gesture. The Security Guards were also very nice and friendly. I would recommend this Condo as we will definitely be going back.

Palm Desert Resort Country Club is close to endless entertainment, dining and conveniently close to the 10 freeway. Within the Country Club, we are located towards the back for added privacy , and with 20 pools in the community all condos are within walking distance to the pools and spas.
