Hi Angela, thanks for letting us know about the door code malfunction. We sincerely apologize and I will be letting our guest relations manager know about this so that we can prevent it next time.

Good Morning, We at Harris Properties enjoy hearing from our guests about the memories they create and the feedback that they provide about the properties. I want to thank you for the feedback about the property, as it only helps us to make improvements where they are needed. I apologize that you were disappointed in the house as we want our guests to be comfortable during their stay with us. We do have pest control taking care of the property and are happy to report that they have found no bugs and are continuing to be proactive in spraying so that they do not return. We would have been happy to send our cleaning company back out to the property had we known you were unhappy in order to make your stay more comfortable. When issues occur we are here to help. Our goal is to insure that you have a wonderful stay. We thank you for choosing Harris Properties and letting us be a part of finding your perfect spot in the sand. Lenetta Martin | Guest Relations

We are so excited that you enjoyed your recent stay in Wall Street! As you noted, this home is very secluded from its neighbors and close to the actual shoreline. The beaches here are pet friendly which I am sure your dog enjoyed! Bug bites can definitely be an issue at the beach. That sort of comes with the territory especially if you are spending a lot of time outdoors, which, who isn't at the beach. You most likely encountered mosquitoes or "no see'ums" (a tiny bug that has a mean bit and can be a real pest). Any typical bug spray will help with the mosquitoes but you will need another product for the "no see'ums." Believe it or not, Avon Skin So Soft is the only thing I have found to combat the little pests. It works so well and is so widely used by the locals that you can find it in gas stations an other convenience stores. But to our future guests. Please don't think that we are over run with bugs. We are not. And most times you will not have any issues. (I was actually staying at Wall Street last weekend and between the 6 of us no one had any bug bites). But if you do, grab some Skin So Soft and you should be fine. Thanks for staying with us at Wall Street! Brian Harris Harris Properties Management

Hi Brooks, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! We are terribly sorry the cleanliness was unsatisfactory, that is not how we want to represent our homes to our guests. This has been brought to housekeeping's attention and will be addressed immediately! Did you notify the office that the pots and pans needed to be replaced? You should not of had to pay out of pocket to replace them, we would have bought and delivered them, had we known they needed an upgrade. We are glad you enjoyed the deck and the pool and hope you have a five-star experience next time! Thanks for your understanding and patience and we look forward to hosting you again soon!

Hi Ben, thanks for the review!

Hi Tawnya, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry about the parking situation, as we do not own that other unit to enforce parking rules. We will look into this and try to resolve it appropriately. We hope you had a splendid vacation and look forward to hosting you again!
