Charming and Very Very Nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was not only what it looked like in the pictures..but even better both inside and outside. The ease of access to the bottom of the house to the upstairs was easy..the salt water pool was beautiful. The extra blankets were wonderful. The decor was beautiful. It had everything to make a vacation wonderful and that much more. We will definitely be back!

Lollipop house

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful. Unfortunately, we arrived on Saturday and went to use the oven on Sunday and it lit up like a firework. I called the emergency number and they sent out someone from the realty office to look at it on Monday. Then a repair man came later on Monday afternoon. He said the part they needed was available locally but he wasn’t sure if they’d pay the extra money rather than ordering it online at a cheaper price. Apparently they had to order it and the part wasn’t replaced until late on Wednesday afternoon. We bought food but weren’t able to cook anything from Sunday to Wednesday. I asked someone from the realty (Pam) to see if they would reimburse us for some of the meals we had to eat out. She kind of laughed at me. I know the oven breaking was nobody’s fault but I think I should have gotten something in return for the inconvenience for not being able to cook. This was the second house we rented in Long Bay Estates that had a broken oven. We also rented the house because beach access was located right across the street from the property. Unfortunately, you needed a key to access the beach and the realty said they did not have one.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Lollipops Beach house for our family vacation. The location and the layout of the house and the fact the house has its own pool made it perfect. The pool was not in a location where everyone could see us, and added to our experience. Once in the house, it was absolutely beautiful and very clean, and all the bedrooms were on the same level. The property has an elevator but we were not provided access to it, which would have been very nice, especially for unloading and loading our luggage and groceries. The only negative I have is the oven needs to be updated. It was very hard to see the temperature and time settings on it. Otherwise, everything was amazing. We have actually rented it again for next year..😁

A Grand Thanksgiving

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lollipop’s Beach House was exactly what we were looking for and the area is an absolute hidden gem! Two couples enjoyed the dual master suites with King beds and private baths while this Lolly had the toddler grands in the two spare rooms sharing the hall bath. Ample parking with plenty of covered space underneath for playing outside on rainy days, an essentially private beach a short walk from the front porch, a private neighborhood perfect for renting a golf cart (Grahams Golf Cars!) made for the perfect family gathering. Local to all our favorites like Dagwoods, Ultimate California Pizza, SpringHouse Family Restaurant, Gulfstream, and Angelos, we enjoyed family meals and the kids enjoyed date nights. We may soon outgrow this property, but I definitely recommend it! Clean, all linens provided except beach towels, plenty of seating with two tables and 2 sitting areas, high chair included. Large sized bedrooms, heated outdoor shower... five star all the way.

The property was just as described and suited our family. The area below the house provided an outdoor gathering place. Great experience.
