This house has panoramic ocean views from nearly every room. Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, Oasis is a gorgeous 7 bedroom 7.5 bath oceanfront home with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and huge covered outdoor kitchen. This house has panoramic ocean views from nearly every room. The house features three oceanfront master suites all with an oceanfront balcony, private bathrooms w/ walk-in showers and one with a separate jacuzzi tub. All bedrooms have their own attached bathrooms plus a common half bath on the main level. The house also features a gourmet kitchen with all stainless appliances including two ovens, two refrigerators and large bar top. The house has a large open upper deck off all of the oceanfront bedrooms and large main level covered deck with sitting area and uncovered area for sunbathing. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and living room has 60inch smart tv.

Located in the neighborhood Long Bay Estates which boarders the Myrtle Beach State park on the South side. Also, just south of the Market Common which is an upscale area of shopping, entertainment and restaurants.

Location perfect view spectacular. Furniting good except for pullout sleeper and several bed mattresses should be replaced. One kitchen cabinet broken and one stove burner broken. Outside stairs painted brown are treacherous

Perfect family vacation!

Check in was great, actually was able to check in an hour early. They had everything we needed in the kitchen. All bedrooms were great with everyone having their own bathrooms. It was nice having the outside bathroom & shower. That really came in handy. The outdoor area was awesome. We sat around it every evening. We all had a blast. Will definitely go again!!!

Outstanding Family Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family purchased the early check in and from the minute we arrived in Myrtle Beach we were absolutely thrilled with our experience. We got notified that we could check in even prior to the 1:30 early check time, so we could get our shopping and unpacking down before going to the beach. From there, the week only got better as we utilized the big back lower deck and the beautiful pavilion. The kids loved the swimming pool and the kiddie pool and the teenagers loved the hot tub. After long days at the beach the adults enjoyed sitting out the out stairs bar to eat dinner or to just regroup before going out for dinner. The beach access is perfect and simple and allows for the many back and forth trips to the house that comes with toddlers (4) without much hassle. The beach chairs provided by the house were a huge help and the provided boogie boards were a lot of fun as well. Our family gives this house 5 stars!

Great layout & location for families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has a great location and the house layout provides great interaction for visitors. Kitchen essentials are well stocked and does not require bringing anything extra. The back yard patio, pool and kiddie pool are also a great attribute. The lights for the outside pavilion did not work and although maintenance came out to fix they were unable to fix them so use after dark was very limited. We will definitely consider coming back if all bed mattresses and an aged couch in the family room were replaced. Replacing these elements is really required for a house this nice and costs are minimal so please ask if this has been completed.

Luxury house

The location and property are great. The only real question I had was for additional charges for the hot tub and pool. I did not have to pay this, but I have never seen a place that had additional charges for these items except in off season rentals. Maybe they need to reword or explain this.

Nice location for our family get away

This home was well laid out for our group of 14. Everyone really appreciated having their own bathroom with each room. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out when needed and come together for group activities. The listing indicates one of all household items (i.e. trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc) which was a pain point. Also, no plastic plates or cups to use by the pool. Overall, would recommend.

A Great Family Vacation

This is place is great!! The location was perfect, right on the oceanfront. The pool and patio area was terrific! We spent a lot of time in the outdoor area and it was a big enough space for all of us to hang out together. The house roomy and spacious. Would stay here again.

Great Family vacation spot

We had a fairly large group and the house and property were big enough for everyone to have their own personal space when they needed it. The extra ice maker in the kitchen and the covered area with grill by the pool were a great addition to the nice house and property. We did have a couple of things that disappointed us which were only one dish rag and dish towel were supplied to use for the entire week. The intake cover on the kiddie pool was only secured on one side. The kitchen faucet was very hard to turn off completely and the was loose wallpaper in the first floor half bath. Hopefully these small maintenance items are addressed for the next group that stays. Overall, we had a great experience at this property. We would book it again in the future.

MB family vacay

The house was spacious, perfect size for our family of 17. Location was convenient and not congested. We really loved this place. However maintenance of the property needs more attention specifically sliding door screens are ripped, the rubber rim around the washing machine door is covered with mold, wall paper in one of the bedrooms is splitting at the seams and along the edges, one bedroom sliding door does not lock, ants were a problem in the kitchen area despite efforts to keep food covered. Also better inventory of what is or is not provided, for instance I asked if there was a hand mixer in the kitchen and was told there was not. So I packed a hand mixer and then found one in a kitchen drawer. This is just one of several inquiries Most of these concerns were communicated to the rental office. They were prompt answering my texts and addressing requests in a timely manner. I have to say for the amount of money paid for one week, the property should have been in better shape.

Great stay

Beautiful location, great amenities. We opted for the pool and hot tub to be heated, which seems like a no brainer. Close to airport. Pool level shower/bathroom was very convenient. One couch imploded while we were there, maintenance couldn't repair and owner is going to replace with new sofa soon.

Great Family Vacation

Beautiful house, great pool, loved the covered outdoor bar and grill (we used a lot), outstanding beach access, almost seemed like a private beach. Great for families. 7 grand kids 6 and younger had a wonderful time!

Beach Front Beauty

Our overall stay was great! The only issues we had was the kids pool drain was popping off and a hazard to the kids and adults. The propane tank on the grill was about empty and the other 2 were empty. Trash pick up was Wednesday and Saturday and we had it out Tuesday but no one picked it up. The property should be checked thoroughly before the next family comes in. I did text Luxury Beach rentals on all issues and they were good getting back to me but I would have liked to not worry about issues that could have been taken care of before we arrived. The view was beautiful and the back porch and pool area was the perfect place to hang out with the family. Definitely recommend😊

Great beach location

The pool and spa heaters worked great! More than enough room for our family of 11. Only suggestion is to have the outdoor areas hosed down to remove the coating of pollen. Maintenance was unable to get the Lights under cabana to operate. Some of the upstairs beds squeaked. These are all minor things. Overall the home was perfect!

Property was exceptional. 7 BRs, each with its owm bath. Clean, location was perfect and views of the ocean were incredible. Communication was prompt and courteous. Our group of golfers loved everything about this property. I highly recommend it

The pool was the highlight of our grandchildren's stay. The recently built grill area was a great focus point for evening meals. The house does need a little TLC. The sliding doors that lead to the porch, pool and beach were challenging to open. Grandchildren needed help as well as a family member who uses a cane. The Wi-Fi was slow. The management group for this property is very attentive.

Terrific Stay - Beachfront and great location

Stayed with extended family of 13 and everyone enjoyed the house, being so close to the beach. Even though hot, there was a nice cross breeze on the shaded deck. The house is much closer to Myrtle Beach than Garden City/Murrells Inlet which would be quite the distance to get to central Myrtle Beach and mini-golf courses which was a requirement for our family. Being near the MB State Park was a plus for being a quiet spot along the Strand, trail running, and not being too close to the big hotels downtown and the Vacation RV resorts. Furnishings are typical of beach homes, just good enough to not worry about anything, some wear & tear due to being rental. Well stocked kitchen equipment and very clean pool. Property Manager was very responsive.
