Beautiful home

We enjoyed staying here, relaxing on the back porch, and laying in the hammock. The linens were very nice and everything was up to date. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Very well kept. Clean. Updated decor/furnishings. Perfect location. Comfortable beds. Tons of space and nice open floor plan. Loved having 4 bathrooms. Negatives: No salt/pepper/cooking spray which are typically provided by most rentals. No kitchen towels so we had to use wash clothes. These are small things that make a difference to me but the toilet seats showed so much wear and tear- not a huge cost to replace those. And some register grates showed rust that a coat of paint could easily fix. I think the devil is in the details. Overall- would most certainly rent this house again. Very pleased.

Banyan Beach House

Nice house for the week. Easy walk to the beach and close proximity to shopping and eating. Easy to stretch out and cook meals too. Would rent again and recommend to others.

Wonderful

It was great. The house was beautiful and the exact way it was pictured. The weather could have been a little warmer but overall we had a great trip. The beds was so comfortable. I will book it again in the future.

End of summer vaca

This was our family end of summer vacation before school started. The house was great. Very spacious and clean. A short walk to the pools and beach. The van was always around when we needed a ride. Would definitely stay here again

Golf Trip

Great house very nice central location. Check in process with ITrip is antiquated and ridiculous. Cannot recall last time I had to show up in person to check in to a rental.

We're so glad you loved the house! Thank you your feedback regarding our check in process. Our owners actually love our check in process and that's why most list their investments with us. We have a duty to them to protect their properties. We have a minimum age requirement and this ensures that all guests meet that (and that someone isn’t booking on behalf of someone else). Before we started this process years ago, underage guests booking or having their parents or someone else book for them was a big problem. This has completely solved that issue as guests can’t falsify reservations or just email over someone else’s ID. This also helps protect against fraudulent bookings. Thanks for staying with us!

Welcomed vaca

Stayed here with two adults and 4 teens. House has lots of room and was more than enough for us to all hang together or take some alone time. Place was clean and as depicted in the pics and description. May want to bring some beach chairs but otherwise, would highly recommend.

468 Banyan Place

The property was nice and the resort area was perfect for our extended family vacation. The kitchen could have had better dishes for cooking and there weren’t any dish clothes which we found odd. Other than that it was a nice place!

Great place for a family

Great place for a family to stay. It was clean, they were very responsive to questions we had. Check in was strange, you only get 30 minutes to pick up your keys. You can’t check in until 4 but they close at 4:30. The resort was beautiful, no outside food or drinks within resort amenities. The beach was beautiful but pretty strict rules as well. The property overall was great.

Please remember that check in window is just for the rare situation in the off season on certain days when we're not able to accommodate an early check in. Excellent Home!

Beautifully decorated home. Very clean and well kept. We have stayed at North Beach Plantation before and love this area. It is a very short walk through a lovely area to the beach. My family has brought bikes to ride and they also like to jog through this safe neighborhood. It is very family friendly for the most part, except the Adult area of the pool, where they allow alcohol, can get a bit rowdy. Plenty of space for a family of 5 to spread out. Would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Myrtle Beach Reunion

I had not seen my daughter and grandchildren in a few years. I set out to find a very special place for us to reconnect and make new memories. This lovely home and setting exceeded my hopes for that. The home is so beautiful! Perfectly decorated and very well appointed. Everyone had their space - my teenagers appreciated that. We had such a wonderful visit. We will certainly strive to return. Thank you so much!!

So nice we wanted to stay longer

Check in was easy, the house looked better than the pictures. Very clean inside, and outside. The resort staff was helpful and friendly. The walk to the pool was about 8-10 minutes but manageable. The shuttle was nice and accommodated our double decker wagon. The weight room (14th floor) was small but enough to get a workout in. Ellipticals faced the ocean. The resort felt secluded and it was quiet and safe for my teenagers who run cross country. We loved the whole experience.

Wow What a beautiful home

I-trip never disappoints me. This home is just as beautiful as the other properties I have rented from them in the past. The decor is as pretty as the pictures. When I come to Myrtle Beach I always rent from this company. I was a little concerned that things had changed at check in. However, the housekeeping, maintenance and the other gentleman I spoke with were polite and accommodating. Overall I was more than happy with my stay. Looking forward to booking from you all again.

Fun Family Beach Time

We had a fun family trip in North Myrtle Beach despite some rainy weather. The house was nice. We really liked the location, easy to the beach and shops. There were a few minor things that needed attention upon arrival and iTrip was prompt with fixing the issues (a light out in master closet and a stool needed repaired). The kitchen utensils could be stocked a bit better. The furnishings were adequate, the dining room table did not have enough chairs for all of us which was a little disappointing because we like to eat together. There were stools at the counters so we made do. A little TLC with cleaning would make for a more comfortable stay. The shuttle provided in North Beach Resort was a plus. All of the shuttle drivers we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The kids really enjoyed the pool area, great to have on rainy days. Would definitely refer renting through iTrip they made the process easy.

Overall good stay

The house was nice, but definitely due for a deep cleaning/some maintenance. For example, the master shower door was rusty and moldy, etc. The biggest issue was the carpet and area rugs - they were filthy! I couldn't allow my kids to play on the floor or walk barefoot. The carpeting and rugs were visibly soiled and discolored. Overall, it's a nice house in a really nice area, close to the beach, restaurants, etc. And the people at the rental company were super nice!

Near the beach(468 Banyan Place)

The house at 468 Banyan Place is large and spacious. We had 5 guys staying here and the house was as advertised. The Itrip(management check-in) was difficult. The communication was always geared around the strictness of what you can not do and costs of lost items like parking passes, wrist bands, and keys. The office hours for check-in are very limited. The flexibility of checking in was almost non-existent. We were five grown adults and the rules were threatening. Just a thought but open your welcome kit by making your guests feel welcome and work around your guests schedules as flights are delayed. Give access for check-in to other guests in your group. Issues(problems) with the house were addressed quickly and efficiently so five stars for that.

Perfect Resort Property

This house was perfect. By far, this is the best rental we have ever had. The place was super clean, kitchen was "stocked" (more on that below), plenty of towels for the whole family. The reason to get this property is to enjoy the resort area. It was about a five-to-ten minute walk to the resort (or beach). The poolside bar had limited and reasonably-priced food items and beverages. We really enjoyed the bucket drinks, as they had a really good vacation feel to them. The resort was clean and had a great family atmosphere- the pools were great. Everything about it-- great! You could probably get away without a rental car. I do have one minor complaint about the entire experience: Imagine you have spent a small fortune on a rental property for your family. Then imagine walking into the kitchen and discovering that literally everything had been taken out of the kitchen. No salt, no pepper, no cooking oil, nothing. Not. a. single. thing. Extra trash bags? Naw. Dishwasher pods? Nope. We have stayed in a lot of places and this stuff generally gets left behind. I know that the listing said what the minimum stuff that would be left was (x # of dishwasher pods/rolls of tp/etc), but it was like it was deliberately taken out (I guess the alternative is nobody has ever rented the place). We left some of this stuff behind, I am hopeful that the stuff relevant to cleaning the place gets left in there. Again, not a deal breaker, but just a little obnoxious....
