The entertainment floor plan features open living space with Kitchen/Living Area, built in workstation, & 1/2 bath on the main level. 3 bed/2 full baths UPSTAIRS, Washer/Dryer UP, FREE Parking, Garage, & Covered Patio with common greenspace!

The Space:
#StayInMyDistrict Modern Row House. Centrally located attached Row-House in NW Nampa/Meridian area. Minutes from Ford Idaho Center. Easy access to I-84 and close to dining, shopping & entertainment. This property lives large with an open living space on main level and all bedrooms upstairs on the 2nd level.

The open layout is great for socializing between the kitchen and living area on the main level.

Kitchen is modern and updated with granite breakfast bar, full size stainless appliances including refrigerator, stove/oven, & dishwasher. Microwave, coffee maker & small appliances for guest convenience. Fully stocked for preparing meals with plenty of utensils and cookware, make eating in simple and efficient. Seating at bar for 6 and an expanding dining table with additional seating for 4. There is also a built in work station.

Living area located on the main level with ROKU TV and comfy sofa bed sectional for an additional sleeping area. Catch up on your favorite series or enjoy a book while getting cozy on the couch.

Main Level 1/2 bath adds convenience.

Upstairs - Primary bedroom features a king size bed with quality linens, and a comfortable memory foam mattress. There is plenty of closet space for guests personal items in the walk in closet.
*Spacious ensuite bathroom is clean & modern with double vanities, a shower/tub combo, and a separate toilet area. Linens, paper products, Shampoo/Conditioner, and hairdryer provided.

2nd bedroom: Upstairs King memory foam mattress, quality linens and closet for guest items.
3rd bedroom: Upstairs Queen memory foam mattress, quality linens and closet for guest items.

There is a full bathroom conveniently located to the 2nd/3rd bedrooms with a tub/shower combo & single vanity. Fully stocked with quality linens, and basic amenities.

Washer/Dryer available for guest use. Located on 2nd level.

This is a townhome with a very small outdoor patio. The yard is not fully fenced but there is an open grassy area that is a common space. There is garage access for up to (2) vehicles. There is also FREE Street Parking and Driveway access.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire private home, driveway, & patio (NO Garage Access).

**There is a pack n play & highchair available

The Neighborhood:
From a historic downtown, top-notch golfing, weekly farmer's markets from April-October to beautiful parks, peaceful pathways and ample shopping, Nampa has something for everyone. Nampa's historic downtown offers culinary delights, unique boutiques, and a setting that makes you want to slow down and unwind. As the gateway to Idaho's wine country, you can sip and play here too. Located closely College of Western Idaho and Northwest Nazarene University! Also just a 25-minute drive from Downtown Boise-- a gateway destination for all of the joys of the Treasure Valley!

Getting Around:
NW. Nampa near Meridian. This centrally located home is located in the Nampa, Meridian area minutes from the Ford Idaho Center. 15 minutes or less to both the Village at Meridian and Downtown Nampa, about 25 Minutes to Downtown Boise and the Boise Airport. A car is recommended but uber is another great option. You can get to many places within 5 minutes drive time including great Restaurants, Grocery, Coffee (Starbucks & dutch bros), St. Alphonsus Hospital. 5-10 minutes to Costco, St. Lukes Hospital, & Great Shopping!

~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.

~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 9pm.

~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.

~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.

~ Please Complete your Airbnb Profile, Add a Profile Photo and Make sure you include the correct number of guests in your booking inquiry. To add the Government ID verification to your account: Go to "Profile" on airbnb. Click "Verifications" and it will allow you to take a photo of your Government ID from your phone and upload the photo directly.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available by phone, text, email or in person. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to digital key pad.

Great Location, Nice Place
For me, the location was perfect. Very close to a lot of Nampa amenities. The condo had everything you would need, very comfortable. Host was very nice and responsive. Would highly recommend!

Cute place, a little remote.
Stayed here for a weekend in Nampa. The place was clean. Towel holder in the main bathroom was loose and fell off the wall, we tightened. Overall a nice place for our visit. It would have been nice to have a small BBQ grill to use on the patio. It's obviously a newly developed area, so there aren't any amenities within walking distance. Would stay here again.
