Welcome to Under the Sea Cabin, your dream vacation home in Crystal Beach/Bolivar Penninsula, TX. (At the time of our vacation home rental launch, Crystal Beach was not an option to pick for location.) This luxurious 4BR, 3BA, beach house is perfect for families or groups who want to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. You will love the multi-level home with wrap-around deck, where you can relax and admire the ocean views. There is a third-level deck to watch the sunrise, cruise ships, or stargaze. Don't forget about the first level slab w/space for games, grilling, and picnic tables. Wind down the evening roasting marshmallows and making memories around the fire pit. The best part is, you are only a one-minute walk to the beach!

Under the Sea Cabin is more than just a place to stay. It is a place to make memories that will last a lifetime. Book now and get ready for an amazing vacation!

Upon arrival, you'll immediately notice the tri-level beach cabin. Starting at the ground level, there is enough parking on site for a max of eight vehicles, four inside the fenced parking area and four outside. For the safety of the property's structure, no vehicles of any kind are allowed to be parked under the home. Continuing into the ground level there is a built-in picnic table, a built-in bar, and plenty of seating, and a hammock. In the fully fenced backyard, you'll find a brand new fire pit to roast marshmallows in the evening. In addition, there are multiple hose spigots for rinsing the sand off your feet, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Lastly, a new Weber charcoal grill with grilling utensils is available for your outdoor cooks during your stay.

Moving up the main staircase to the second level, you'll find a massive wrap-around deck encompassing the entire cabin with multiple viewpoints of the beach and ocean. There are chairs and tables throughout this level and another hammock for relaxing while taking in the stunning views with your favorite drink in hand.

Heading inside through the main doors, you'll immediately be greeted to the spacious open-concept living room, dining area, and luxurious kitchen with its massive island and enough seating for everyone in the home. The kitchen features a double door fridge with a freezer on the bottom, dishwasher, icemaker, drink fridge, double oven stove, pot filler above the stove, cooking vent/fan, built-in microwave, and of course a coffee machine. The gourmet kitchen is furnished with everything you need to make home-cooked meals during your stay this includes: pots, pans, knives, plates, utensils, and basic cooking oil and condiments. The living room features a large corner sofa, two armchairs, and ottomans. Don't miss the floral daybed underneath the stairway. Perfect for reading a book, taking a nap, or watching TV. Speaking of which, every bedroom in the home has a TV and all of them are smart HDTV's with access to Netflix, Youtube, Disney+, HBOMax, Amazon Prime, and other popular streaming services including the ability to stream media from your mobile device or connect via an HDMI cable.

Heading down the mermaid-themed hallway, you'll find two large bedrooms with a full bathroom in between. Each bedroom features two queen beds, closet, dresser, and a smart TV. The bathroom features a shower over tub. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom, also containing a queen bed, work desk, dresser, and large closet space. There is a private master bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower that has both an overhead rain shower and a handheld shower handle. The master bedroom also features french doors that allow direct access to a covered seating area out on the main deck. The perfect place for an early morning coffee or enjoying the stunning colors of sunset and ocean viewing.

Moving on upstairs to the third and final level of the cabin you'll find the crew's quarter. This is where the crew will drop anchor and hang out. There are 3 custom-built bunk beds in this massive room, 6 twin beds, and 1 king bed. There's a smart TV with Roku, a round table for board games with chairs. The crew's quarter has its own private full bathroom with a shower over tub. And best for last, an exterior door leads out to the crow's nest or third-level deck for the best beach and ocean views that the cabin has to offer.

Our property is located in a tropical/beach environment, which means guests may occasionally encounter local insects or sea roaches during their stay. These are outdoor/native insects commonly found in the area and are different from typical household cockroaches associated with unclean conditions. We take cleanliness very seriously and take proactive measures to minimize insects, including regular cleaning, routine pest control treatments, and ongoing property maintenance. However, due to the surrounding climate and natural environment, occasional sightings may still occur despite our best efforts. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of encountering insects during their stay. Refunds will not be provided for sightings related to the natural environment. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique tropical experience our location offers.

***Once pre-approved, booking guest will be asked to sign a rental agreement after review and provide a copy of their ID to the host within 24 hours. If not done so, dates booked will expire and will have to be rebooked if still available.***

***IMPORTANT: Please note that the Bolivar Peninsula is known to have power outages as well as wifi outages. They may occur at any time of the year. Under the Sea Cabin does NOT have a generator and will not reimburse stays due to power outage or wifi outage as these are beyond our control.
