Rates: 3 Night Minimum
1. Nightly rate is $185.00 per night all year long.
2. Invoicing is Done through Homeaway.com. We collect a Refundable Security Deposit of $150.00.
3. Only Cancellations Made Prior to 60 Days of Check In will be Eligible for a Refund. A Cancellation fee of 3% will apply to each cancellation.
5. Average Cleaning Fee is $ 150.00 Plus additional Admin Fee of $ 50.00.
