Welcome aboard - funky nautical decor and relaxed furnishings are found throughout, perfect for lounging and catching up with your favorite people. A wall of windows frames the Gulf, visible from the comfy living area, dining table or fully-equipped kitchen. Your group’s chef will love the stainless steel appliances, long breakfast bar, and all the pots, pans, dishes, etc. you’ll need for meals together. Everyone can pitch in to help with budget friendly beach meals. (Don’t forget to grab some fresh seafood from the downtown markets!)
After a day exploring the Island, recharge in your choice of 3 private bedrooms. The main level primary king suite has a large closet, plus shared Jack and Jill bathroom with the queen bedroom next door. Just upstairs is a queen bedroom with a side chair, and full bath with shower only. Kids will love the novelty of the bunk bed in the loft/landing area.
You’ll love perusing the unique artwork inside, but don’t miss the co-star of this show - the double deck! Gulf views and breeze are perfect in any season. Sit back with your favorite drink in hand until you’re ready to hit the water. Then, just head across the street past a few houses for easy access to the sand and surf!

PET POLICY This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
SUBDIVISION AMENITIES Sea Isle Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) – purchase a pass at the pool during normal business hours.
Sea Isle Fishing Pier - request a pier key (refundable deposit required) at the SNS Rental Office.
PARKING Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you. Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
LOCAL & LOVING IT We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

Beautiful Place! Great layout
This house was very nice! The decor and design of the house is so well done. It worked great for our family and our visit to Galveston for Easter Weekend. It's just a couple minute walk to Sea Isle Beach and super convenient location.

Spacious and great location
We had two couples and two young adults and a toddler. Plenty of sleeping space and living space. Living room contained comfortable furniture for all to sit and enjoy visiting. Kitchen was well-equipped. Plenty of outdoor seating to relax with a beach view. Short 2-3 minute walk to beach. Took advantage of the pier and pool and restaurant at the marina. Communication from property management was timely and clear. Easy instructions to checkin and checkout. We would stay here again

First Texas Beach Trip
The property was perfect for our first generational beach trip since moving to Texas 2 years ago. The property had everything we needed to accommodate a newborn, a 2 year old and 3 dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. The enclosed yard allowed the dogs and toddler to play while the adults played games, the large main deck was a fabulous extension for meal times and provided just enough extra space outside while still being included with conversation and activities going on inside. This was the perfect beach house!!
