This home offers amazing amenities including a private 20' x 40' fenced pool*, spa, and a shallow play area for smaller children. By the pool is a fire pit, built-in barbeque, and children’s playground. It also has a private Sports Court® with pickleball, basketball, volleyball, and many other court games. The home includes three types of game consoles, also 2 Xbox Ones, a PlayStation, and a Nintendo Switch connected to an 82” 4K TV. This room opens to the upstairs deck with a ping-pong table, fire pit, seating area, and sweeping views. There is a large theater room with raised seating for recliner lounges and plenty of other seating for movies and video streaming. It also has a 1G internet service to handle multiple people streaming videos on its 11 Smart TVs.

This 9-bedroom, 10-bathroom private home includes a fully stocked kitchen with ample seating. The home can accommodate 50 people, with 6 king suites, one suite with 2 extra long twin beds, 2 bunk rooms with built-in bunk beds, 2 queen futons in the rec room, and 8 sleeping pads for kids. The home has two levels with a large common area on both levels. It also has beautiful mountain views of Snow Canyon State Park. Right next door to Paradise Village at Zion is Gubler Park, an easy-access community park with multiple playgrounds, a splash pad, volleyball, more pickleball courts, bike riding paths, etc. The park also has large pavilions for rent through Santa Clara City.

Paradise Village at Zion, in Santa Clara Utah, is adjacent to St. George and has 2 large resort swimming pools, a 20-person spa, a water park with a lazy river, a clubhouse, and a workout room.
