We stayed for a wedding and had most of the wedding party at the home. So much room for everyone. We loved the private pool! Needs were extremely comfortable! Host was quick to respond. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

We loved this large and spacious home. The huge kitchen and many bathrooms were great!! It was nice and clean and Joe always responded very quickly to any questions/request we had.The pool was large and we enjoyed a lot of time in it. The red mountain scenery around the home and area was so pretty!! We loved having the fun water park right across the street. The slides for kids were great and the lazy river was deeper than most and moved along at a good clip. So much fun! We brought our own tubes with. A couple of things needed fixing - the switch on the hot tub was broke but I'd text Joe and he very quickly turned it on remotely. Also the big patio umbrella was broken. We were able to put it up but not raise it but it still provided some shade. Overall a very beautiful spacious home and we'd stay again if we came back to hike Zion NP.

We had a fantastic time with 6 adults and 8 kids fitting very comfortably. The house is in a fantastic location in Paradise Village, across from the Lazy River. It is so helpful that every bedroom has a bathroom. The host was very responsive. When we couldn’t turn on the hot tub, he did it for us, remotely.

Best family space for our group!

Spacious layout with the gathering spot being very enjoyable for all guests. Bedrooms were also very accommodating and the amount of bathrooms was perfect for us! The private pool was a great touch and we enjoyed it so much!

Great place to stay

We've stayed at various homes in this complex, but this home was my family's favorite. They loved having a pool at house and also the other pools in the complex. A relaxing place to spend time with family.

Great place to stay for large family gatherings

We enjoyed our stay at this home! The kids especially enjoyed the heated pool and close proximity to the city park. Great location and nice home!

We had a family reunion with 25 people and loved this property! Plenty of room for everyone, and it was very clean when we checked in. The beds were very comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom was super convenient. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas were all very spacious and well furnished. Lots of different gathering areas, tons of seating, huge kitchen island for preparing meals, extra fridge/freezer in garage, large bbq grill, large capacity washer/dryer and tons of towels for pool. Speaking of the pool, this was the highlight of our week, kids and parents alike absolutely loved it! We also enjoyed the putting green, balconies, fire pit and the nearby (across the street) water slides and lazy river. There was easily enough parking for our 6 vehicles, and the home is conveniently located near grocery and restaurant options. The hot tub didn’t work great, but the owner was very responsive by text. The pebble ice machine wasn’t working and the bikes are out of commission and should be removed from the listing ad. Overall we were very pleased with this property and would love to stay here again!

They laid out this property perfectly. Multiple gathering areas, private pool, hot tub, great kitchen. And another great plus was plenty of parking.

Family Vacation

This house was amazing! Very clean, spacious, and in the best area. The pool kept our family busy during our stay. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend that you stay at the house. We will definitely be back next summer. Thank you!

Great house!

We absolutely loved our stay! Joe was always quick to respond to my questions. The house was beautiful and clean. We loved all of the outdoor spaces. My younger kids loved the community kid pool area.

The home is elegant!!! Layout is perfect for a larger group

We really enjoyed our stay. The home has everything you need indoor and out and the location is a plus, being close to a new Harmon’s grocery store made meal planning and bbq super convenient. And Joe the owner was quick to respond to any needs or questions that came up.. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!!!

Kid Paradise

The pool, outside seating, bbq, bathrooms and kitchen were all great! Clean water and pool was a phenomenal temp! Location to water park is perfect and tons of parking! Comfy beds.The trash situation is a bit stressful, not enough can space/availability and no one wants to leave a mess. The hot tub had to be continually reset to be warm. It might need some maintenance to stay ready for use. Everyone had a great time!

Great place overall but lots of little inconveniences that we shouldn’t have had to deal with. The hot tub controls were not working so had to contact owner to remotely turn on, bikes with flat tires, not enough silverware for our large group without having to constantly wash, had to ask for more standard things like paper towels and toilet paper. Some lightbulbs out, TV remotes without working batteries, closet doors off their tracks. Nice home with lots of fun extras and a great community pool, Pickleball courts close by. Worked well for our family and Joe was great to work with.

We stayed at this property for four nights and appreciated some of its features, but overall our experience fell short of expectations. We share this in hopes it’s helpful for future guests and supports the owner in making improvements.Pros:- The home has a great size and layout. The private amenities (pool, hot tub, and fire pit) were definite highlights, and there was plenty of parking available.- The location and access to community amenities were also a plus.Cons:Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the home were disappointing and impacted our stay. The carpet and tile were dirty, our socks and feet turned black after just a few hours.Several maintenance issues stood out:- Bikes in the garage all had flat tires- Furniture was worn, cracked, or stained- The downstairs sectional was detached in sections and too heavy for us to reassemble- Missing wall decor with exposed nails left behind- Some bathrooms lacked shower curtains, while others had curtains that were too short.- Several lightbulbs were burned out-Broken and missing window coverings-BBQ grill that did not function well-Outdoor furniture was worn, dirty, damaged or burned-Very slow water dispenser in the fridge-Broken pebble ice maker-Weeds and debris in the backyardWhile the home has strong potential due to its size, layout and amenities, it currently feels run-down and not clean or well maintained.

Fun for Family reunion

The house is beautiful and really fun. Loved having our own pool and lots of room to spread out. Loved being so close to the water park. Had some issues getting into the home as our code we were given didn’t work and it took a while to get a response. Also the code for the garage didn’t ever work so that was annoying. The hot tub didn’t turn on unless we texted the property manager to turn it on for us which is not super convenient. A few of the bathrooms were missing shower curtains and it was not super clean. Lots of stains on the bed comforters and stuff on the walls. Also dirty clothes stuffed under the couches and left hanging on the balconies. All in all we had a great time.

I’m sorry the house wasn’t up to standard. My regular cleaning crew was out of town and I used a substitute crew. I’ll talk to them. We have replaced the shower curtains.

The private pool palace has it all!

What a great family get together we had at the Private pool palace. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and come together. The kids had a great time in the bunk bedrooms, really cutely decorated. Each adult couple had their own king sized bedroom. Did I mention each bedroom, including the bunk rooms has it's own bathroom?! Awesome. The Kitchen is big and well equipped and laid out. Pebble Ice maker included! It was great to have the kids in the pool and sit poolside with a book. Making dinner on the large grill and accompanying bar was easy and sitting around the fire pit at the end of the night star gazing was magical. There were contests constantly to beat the high score on Ms. Pac-man and several puzzles solved and games played from the well equipped game closet. Relaxing and enjoyment was had by all. Joe, the owner, was readily available when needed. The walking path is located right behind the house, making trips to the park, and slash pad, and Harmons, for the things we forgot, easy. The community pool was a fun change in pools, but always nice to go back to our private pool. Highly recommended!
