Excellent Stay

Arcadia was as advertised…units were in good condition and very clean. Mgmt Co was very responsive to any minor repairs. We loved it!

Great home for large families

Our family enjoyed our stay with the Arcadia Resort. The home had great decor was clean, well-stocked, and organized. We also love that there were so many full bathrooms that each of our smaller families had our own private bathroom. The front desk was very helpful and the on-site amenities are amazing. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Sooo Dang Fun!!!

The kids loved the pool and slide facility as well as the club house. We loved that we could watch them all right from our deck. The house was awesome because it had a bathroom for every bedroom, so nice!!!

Great Place

Perfect for us, fabulous facilities, very clean, extremely fun, accommodated our large group beautifully. Question from the children was - Can we do this again next year???? That says it all. It was a GREAT experience.

Great property

Everything was great. The original listing had it as 2 king rooms on the main floor and when we got there it only had 1 king and 1 queen. This did throw our plans off a bit but we were able to make it work. Overall great property and would stay again for sure

Fit our family perfectly!

This place had something for everyone in our large pretty diverse family. There was a spot on the carpet, the railing was loose and there was missing velvet on the bottom of one of the lamps that we didn't see in the first 3 hours after checkin. Otherwise it was perfection. The 2 ladies that worked at guest services made the experience over the top. Thanks.

Great property!

Booked units 4 & 5 for a family reunion. Check in (if you call it that) was a breeze - just enter the code that was emailed to us several days prior to our arrival into the front door lock. Check out was equally easy. Great location - lazy river was right outside our back door. Units are large (plenty of room to spread out), clean and well maintained. En suite bathrooms were a real plus. On site management was very helpful. Kudos to Kimberly (general manager) and Zach, who took great care of us. We also rented ebikes from the property for a ride up the nearby beautiful Snow Canyon State Park. Great deal at $15/hour. Everyone in our party remarked how much they liked the venue and would like to return.

Excellent place

We went to St George as a getaway, and not for any particular destination. We didn't really have any plans for when we got there and found things to do as the days progressed. The houses were amazing and quite large. We rented Unit 4 and 5 for use by 14 adults and five children. Given the number of adults, it's typically difficult for us to find a place to stay where somebody isn't sleeping on the couch. In this case, there were rooms left over. The house is large and much more soundproof than the pictures make it seem. We have a pretty rambunctious family, with half of us staying up late, and the other half waking up early. We housed family members accordingly, and no one got woken up early or kept up late. As a matter of fact, some people house themselves in the wrong place and were still not kept up late. The resort was awesome, there was a clubhouse that had a pool table, table tennis, foosball, shuffleboard, and a few other arcade games. Outside there was a pool and multiple hot tubs, all of which were clean and well-maintained. In order to get into the clubhouse, where all the games are, they need to be open. The clubhouse is open until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and until 9:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. They're closed on sunday. The staff was nice and accommodating, and even though we were among the few people using the clubhouse and other amenities, they didn't seem off put it all by helping us out. There's a park within about 1 mile of the resort and they have game supplies for rent, like pickleball, spikeball, kan jam, and a few other games. The gym is well equipped for a hotel/resort gym, with a StairMaster, two assault bikes, two treadmills, two ellipticals, a functional trainer, a lap pull down / machine row, a flat bench machine with adjustable incline to about 45°, and a leg press / calf raise, and dumbbells up to 50 lb with a flat/incline adjustable bench. The gym equipment was all well maintained as well with everything working appropriately. The gym is open from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. everyday. Overall, Arcadia was an excellent place to vacation and we would definitely recommend it to others.

BEST DECISION EVER!!!

This was a Christmas gift from us, the parents, to our 5 adult children and spouses, and our 23 grandchildren. We found this spot for our family reunion, and we had all with us except 2 of the grandkids, so 33 people. We rented two houses side by side…perfect set up and the accommodations were amazing. Our grandkids had an unforgettable time together. The pool/lazy river/slide, the room upstairs in the clubhouse with all the games was an absolute favorite. Hot tubs at each of our rentals were probably one of the things enjoyed most!! We had grandkids ranging in ages from 7 to 23, and everyone was happy and enjoyed every minute. We also spent a day in Zion Park which we really loved. The location, setting, and beautiful accommodations and set up here are simply the best. We found that by coming a little earlier in the season, pricing worked better for us, and we would do this again in a heartbeat. Thank you Arcadia, for helping us create wonderful memories! We highly recommend!!!!

Beautiful home

Fun place. Check in and cleanliness could have been better.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the property and the resort. The check in glitch and not being able to get into our second reserved house was rough on a Sunday. It was difficult to get a hold of anyone to help us. The floors in one of the buildings were very dirty. We had to buy a mop to clean it ourselves.
