Professionally appointed with designer furnishings and decor, the Great Room includes a gas fireplace and 65in smart TV with DirectTV (all sports packages).

The main kitchen is outfitted with everything you (or your private chef) will need to create and present gourmet feasts. Thermador refrigerator/freezer columns, gas range with 6 burners and griddle, two ovens, numerous kitchen appliances, and dual dishwashers make meal preparation and clean-up a breeze.

OUTDOOR AREA

Whip up culinary creations in the stunning outdoor kitchen, complete with a gas grill, cooktop, griddle, warming tray, multiple refrigerators, dishwasher, ice-maker, 5-tap keg system (available for an additional fee), sink, cocktail station, and two 4K outdoor smart TVs. Gather for formal or casual meals at the outdoor dining table that seats 20, or the dining table off the kitchen that seats 12.

BED & BATH

The 7-bedroom estate is composed of a 4BR main house, 1BR en-suite casita with a separate entrance, and a stand-alone 2BR mega-casita. Each room features a smart TV with DirecTV and may be staged as 1 king bed or 2 XL twin beds (except for the primary king and the en suite in the main house with two queen beds). The gorgeous primary suite has direct backyard access and a spa-like bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, water closet, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The mega-casita hosts two bedrooms separated by a partial wall with a glass fireplace, an en suite bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Overnight street parking is prohibited by the HOA.
