The Space:
At Book Montrose, we want you to feel at home and so we've outfitted The Fairhope Spot with AMENITIES. There is a full kitchen with a toaster oven, blender, Moccamaster drip coffee maker, and more. There's also a Marshall Bluetooth speaker for your tunes, a new 4K streaming TV, and a dedicated workspace desk (with monitor and laptop hookup) and task chair for your work from home needs.

In the bedroom you'll find a hotel quality bed and linens. In the bathroom you'll find spa quality toiletries. There is also a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps an additional 2 people to accommodate a total of 4. Perfect for two couples or a small family.

Free parking is available street-side on Bellangee Ave and Section St, directly outside of the property.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that as of June 2023, we have installed a commercial grade air scrubber to purify the air and the entry and exit doors have been sealed to prevent active smoke from entering the unit from the cigar bar outside. A residual smell of smoke may still be noticed by those who are very sensitive to smells, but we are confident that the cigar smoke issue has been significantly resolved and that the large majority of guests will not find it to be an issue. If you have a highly sensitive sense of smell and think you would find residual smoke smells to be troublesome, we do not recommend booking this unit.

There is also a noise monitoring device, made by Minut, that is installed in the common area which only monitors noise levels (no recording of voices). This device is used by Book Montrose solely for safety reasons so that we can be alerted if a smoke or carbon monoxide alarm is triggered, for example, and if violations to house rules, such as holding a party, are occurring.
