The gulf front alcove, living and dining rooms are open-concept, a nice place for your family to get together. The condo is exquisitely furnished, all top quality. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances. There are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on this level for guests, each bedroom has a queen-size bed.

Drive a few miles more, maybe 3, to the mainland for grocery shopping, other dining, etc. The new Braves spring training facility is less than 15 minutes away! Sarasota is about 30 minutes north, Port Charlotte about 20 minutes to the east, Disney is about 2 1/2 hours away.
