- Extra guest fees are $10 per guest per night.

- Dogs are allowed on the premises for a fee. However, they are not allowed on any furniture, beddings, or blankets. A fine of $50 per piece of item or furniture will be paid if it's found.

Not all of our properties accept pets. For properties where pets are allowed, here are a few rules to keep in mind. There is a 2 dog maximum per stay 1. Please keep dogs on leashes. 2. Clean up after your pet, please dispose of all waste in the trash. 3. Please keep dogs in our yard. 4. Pets must have an ID tag, rabies tag, and collar at all times. 5. Absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds. We will charge $250 if we find out. 6. No Aggressive pets. The Pet Deposit is $25.00, non-refundable and an additional $10 per pet per day charge. PLEASE NOTE : If Pets are brought to the home and no pet deposit is paid prior to arrival, we will charge as mentioned above plus a $100 penalty.

Our condo units 2 & 3 are upstairs and downstairs. We have shared back deck with everyone renting the 3 condo units. Parking is on the driveway.

Unit 2 is upstairs, Unit 3 is downstairs and there are 2 bedrooms one has a amazing king size bed with a smart TV and seating area, the 2nd room has a queen size bed and seating area and have closets for your belongings. Our gorgeous newly remodeled tile to the celling, gorgeous walk in shower is shared by both bedrooms, new quartz countertops and blue penny tiled floors. Enjoy and relax after a wonderful day at the beach with the high-quality linens and bedding. Off of the queen bedroom there is a laundry room with a full size washer and drier. Go outside to the deck and grill or enjoy the firepit, there is lots of seating and outdoor lighting! We have 3 units you can rent all 3 together for large parties or independently. You can sleep 6 in each unit. Close to beach access points, restaurants, and activities on South Padre Island. Our South Padre beach property has everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation. The home is secured with external cams for security.
There is also easy access to public transportation with bus stops a minute or two from the home. Uber is a great way to get around!
