Beautiful Forest Getaway At Historic Pinecrest!

Welcome to this beautiful home in historic Palmer Lake, Colorado. This home borders the extraordinary Pine Crest wedding venue and is minutes from Palmer Lake, Monument and the interstate.

A home should be a reflection of the place where it’s built. From the top down, this home was built by local contractors and uses wood sourced from within 50 miles of the property, fully encapsulating a Boho-Rustic style to marvel at and rest in. One of the most unique properties you’ll ever stay at!

Guests will have access to the entire home and property during their stay.
Parking is provided at the front of the property.

KITCHEN:
There is a full kitchen on the main level and a small kitchenette in the basement. The main level kitchen has everything you need to cook some meals if you want. Also enjoy some coffee at the side coffee bar. If you use any of the kitchenette dishes, please hand wash them as there is no dishwasher in the basement.

LOFT:
One of the beds is located between the main level and the upstairs. It is in a loft accessed by a small ladder. Please be careful climbing the ladder, the loft is a fun spot, but there is not a lot of extra room up there.

DECK:
The covered deck is a great place to enjoy the outdoors and wildlife. Deer are frequent visitors and you may see some other animals like foxes. There are lots of seating on the patio to relax or enjoy a meal outside. From the deck, you can see the Pinecrest wedding venue

COPPER TUB INSTRUCTIONS:
The copper tub is a great place for relaxation. The copper retains heat and makes for a wonderful experience. There are a few important rules to follow if you decide to use it.
Do NOT use any bath bombs, or salts in the tub.
After use, using plain water only, wipe down any left over soapy residue in the tub.

FOR WEDDINGS:
If you are here for a wedding at the Pinecrest, the rental house shares the property line with the wedding venue. It is possible to walk down the hill from the house, however, it is mildly steep and not recommended if you are wearing heels or have movement limitations. Otherwise, the wedding venue is a short 3 min drive from the property.

Our property is not 420 friendly. Use/possession of cigarettes, Marijuana, or drugs of any kind will result in a minimum fine of $200.
No parties. Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property.
