Situated on a deep water canal with Gulf access, you will have wonderful water views, with direct fishing and boating right from the backyard. Dolphins, manatees and water birds frequent the canal for your wildlife viewing pleasure. A large elevated deck will have you sitting high, looking out over the water and feeling the cool breezes.

This newly built home will create an incredibly warm and inviting vacation for you. Natural light, combined with a combination of earthy colors, rich fabrics and textures, has fashioned this home into your own private retreat.

The living room has a wall of pocketing slider doors that open to the large screened rear deck. Water views abound while sitting in the living room. Catch up on the evening news or stream your favorite movie app on the large smart TV.

The complete new custom kitchen includes high end stainless-steel appliances, a deep sink and dishwasher. Everything has been provided to assist you in preparing a simple breakfast or a full dinner. Of course, with so many phenomenal restaurants just a one minute walk from the house, you may never use the kitchen at all!

The master bedroom is a grand retreat. A king-size bed waits for you to slumber the night away. A smart TV is there for you to catch a late night movie. There are two closets and an invigorating en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There are two guest bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. The queen room has a walk-in closet while the twin room has a reach-in closet. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located in the hallway.

The exterior screened-in deck will command your attention, set up with a table/chairs set, as well as a couple of lounging chairs for some morning coffee, along some bird watching experience. And just when you thought that was it, there's more! Sit down waterside and BBQ, where you will find patio furniture for six guests while listening to the sounds of Fort Myers Beach. High-speed wireless internet and a washer and dryer have been provided during your stay.

Heading to the beach? The beach wagon in the ground floor storage room contains beach towels, chairs, cooler and sun umbrella. Bringing or renting a boat while staying? No problem. There is a boat dock area to tie off.
