The view was amazing. The deck furniture was nice. The floors could use a good cleaning. The condo needs some attention but I’m sure it’s the end of the season standard things that could be improved and fixed. Kitchen appliances were very nice but only 4 spoons and 2 wine glasses. I full size dryer would be nice and if it could be located with the washer. Close to lots of restaurants and all the essential stores.

Many things were dusty, especially nic nacks and fans. floors were dirty. Sand in the beds. Ceiling above the shower was pealing and falling down. Some lights did not work. Many things needed fixing and updating. Best part of the place was the view. Laundry was awful. Washing machine did not work well and the dryer was in another room and so small you could only dry maybe 5 items at a time and took about an hour to dry them. Floors were very uneven. The view is the amazing thing about this place. Wish it provided beach service though, because you can’t use your own umbrellas, they had to be rented. But communication with the property manager was excellent!

Beautiful view. Unfortunately I spent the first day cleaning the place. There were hairs in drawers, filthy floors, and even a pair of shoes under the bathroom sink. The windows were dirty and the walls had dirt on them. A solid hour of cleaning and the place looked much better. There was still mildew/mold around both tubs and on the shower curtains.

Beautiful Views

The view was unquestionably the best part—absolutely stunning and unforgettable—but almost everything else fell short. The condo was not clean: we found trash under the beds, a pair of shorts left by previous tenants, and pubic hairs on the back of the toilet and in the showers. There were hardly any towels, so we ended up doing laundry the entire trip. The pool is extremely far from the unit, so if you want to be close to the pool and beach, this isn’t the complex for you. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and comfort. The kitchen was short on silverware, the couch was too small to seat many people, and the arrangement of the couch, chairs, and TV was awkward. The only real positives were the in-unit washer/dryer and that unbeatable view. That said, we really appreciated how quickly the property managers responded to us and are thankful to the owners for working with us on the stay since we didn’t book a full seven nights. Other than the view, though, the experience was below average and not up to our standards.

Everything was good except the kitchen equipment and shower curtains. We spent 300 to get a crockpot, pots and pans to cook for our group. The shower curtains are old timey. They suck up on you during your shower.

Excellent Condo with Great Views

This condo had amazing views and was extremely spacious for our family to stay in. The check in process was smooth and the host was very responsive when we had an issue arise. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the floor. It seemed it had not been mopped before our arrival. Other than that the condo was in excellent condition.

beautiful views, but could have been cleaner.

we loved the spot, the views and ease of check in, but, this place had not been well cleaned before us, there was dirt on the floors, baseboards covered in dust, our master bath didn’t have a plug that fit it and upon reaching out twice to maintenance and the owners, it was never rectified. the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean, but coffee was still in the coffee pot when we arrived, soaked glasses in the cupboard and you could wipe the dust off of the counter. this place could be an absolute gem. but the cleaning team just didn’t take care of it. owners/managers of the property were made aware the first day we were there. i think there were just some things that needed fixing, the back chair on the porch was broken with rust, the trash can lid was broken so it wouldn’t lift. all these things can be taken care of for the next people that stay: aside from those things, it was a great trip, just needs to be super cleaned and fixed up with minor dings.

Excellent!

My family of eight adults stayed here for almost a week and had an amazing time. Since it is a corner unit, the views could not be better. It looks exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed having meals at the table on the patio. The condo was very updated and clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed and even had 4 beach chairs in a closet. The location and parking made it easy to go to restaurants and shopping. My only suggestion for improvement is there isn’t enough comfortable seating in the living room for a large group. It only seats five. If there was a larger couch or chairs in the bedrooms that could be brought out, we would have been a little more comfortable. We all agreed that we would choose this condo for our next visit.

Beautiful Destin getaway

We were very happy with this property, location and view. The space was lovely and the view amazing. It was a great place and location for our family to enjoy family time together. Maybe it was the time of year, but it was quiet and we had very little interaction with other people. I would recommend.

What a view!

Perfect Panhandle beach getaway. Entering the unit you are drawn to the breathtaking ocean view. Clean and comfortable for our 6 65 age group. Your chef could benefit from some kitchen tool upgrades but we enjoyed local fresh seafood daily.

Stunning View!!

Absolutely gorgeous view. We had a wonderful stay. The view from the balcony, kitchen, living room, and master bedroom is amazing. The beds and furniture were comfy. The rooms are spacious. We will definitely stay here again!

It’s a beautiful property

The house is beautiful with amazing view of the beach. Cons : there was no continuous flow of hot water. The property wasn’t cleaned well when we checked in.

Shoreline Towers

We had an excellent time! The condo was clean and very close to the beach. The only problem we had was with the tv in the living room. Couldn’t get regular channels like the tv’s in n the bedrooms. We had to cram into one room to watch the game.

Beach stay

Overall experience was very good. Our only complaint is the location of the washer and dryer. The washer is located between the master bedroom and bathroom, and the dryer is located by the front door. This is very inconvenient when you wash clothes for 5 adults and 2 children. Condo was clean and the view is spectacular.
