The space
You will fall in love with this place! The first thing you will notice is the gorgeous backyard with outdoor furniture and many spots to enjoy a hot coffee or a nice chat!

Experience plenty of natural light when you walk through the door. You will find yourselves in an amazing studio, complete with kitchenette, sitting, sleeping, and work areas.

The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and an electric induction stove to prepare something delicious! Spacious breakfast bar to enjoy your creations and of course a coffee machine waiting to be used!

Our comfy couch is at your service and a massive TV screen to catch up on your favorite shows. You have a queen size bed to enjoy some quality sleep and of course air conditioning and heat so you never have to worry about room temperature! The decoration is modern and pleasing so you can relax while lying in your comfortable bed. There is a big wardrobe to store your luggage and organize your clothes, This space is designed and built to recharge your batteries after a full day!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Originally the brainchild of Edward Dilworth Latta in the 1890s, Dilworth was Charlotte's first streetcar suburb. To attract residents and businesses to the suburb, Latta built a 90-acre park as an enticement. The community was constructed as a grid that centered on East Boulevard, welcoming families to turn-ofthe- century, Queen Anne, colonial revival and Craftsman architecture. Today, a new generation has discovered the charm and neighborliness of Dilworth with its treelined streets, front porches and inviting sidewalks. It continues to thrive as one of Charlotte's most historic and popular neighborhoods. Shops and restaurants add to the area's appeal.
