Fully furnished 1 bedroom/1 bath Aspen condo located 50 yards from Lift #1 and steps from the heart of downtown Aspen. Ski right to your condo at the end of the day. Three minute walk to Gondola where you will find shopping and amazing entries. Newly remodeled, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops an underground parking spot in our covered garage. Will sleep up to 4 comfortably (1 Queen bed and 1 Queen sofa-bed). Do not miss out being in the heart of Aspen, steps from the lift.

Our beautiful 2nd floor condo is only a 2 minute walk from downtown Aspen and only 50 yards from Lift #1. Enjoy endless outdoor recreation opportunities using our home as your mountain base of activities. Local wildlife is abundant so make sure you bring a camera. We are outdoor enthusiasts friendly. We have traveled all over the world, mainly to areas with spectacular natural environments and have received great hospitality. We hope to provide travelers and vacationers with all of things we value most in our accommodations when we travel. We have furnished the condo with all the items we use on a regular basis to support outdoor adventuring and great home cooking in order to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Feel free to ask us anytime about local activities which include downhill skiing, cross country skiing, skinning, snowshoeing, climbing, hiking, rafting, kayaking, dog sledding, jeeping, activities for kids, workout facilities, churches, etc. We would be happy to help you plan your next adventure. To help after your day in the mountains, we have a washer & dryer and lots of hanging hooks to organize or dry out all of your gear.

After your day exploring everything Aspen has to offer, enjoy our home's open living space which invites togetherness and easy conversation. Everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible is provided.

Location is that makes this unit so special. Ski right to the building. Only 50 yards from Lift 1. 2 minute walk to all that downtown Aspen has to offer. Although we have a dedicated parking spot for our unit, a car is not needed as everything downtown Aspen has to offer is with walking distance.

We have a deeded parking space for the unit so parking your vehicle is a breeze. Public transpiration is available nearby if needed.

We do have a portable AC unit in the condo.

Pets are not allowed per HOA regulations

Free WIFI included along with a smart TV. Netflix is provided while TV has apps for many other applications. Unit does not have traditional cable, so bring your laptop to plug into TV if you want to watch local news or sporting events.

Parking is space it tight in our underground parking garage! If you have a large SUV there is also street parking.

Parking space is small! Large SUV's will not fit, FYI
