We recommend having a vehicle on hand! May fit up to 5 vehicles in driveway, but it will involve careful maneuvering of cars as well as moving vehicles to let each other in and out.

- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- Please note that hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival.

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

- No RV or Trailer Parking.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal and firewood

Pros-spacious, lots of bathrooms, close to activities, beautiful views, beautiful house.Cons-one refrigerator had a terrible fish smell that we couldn’t get out(housekeeping should have noticed if they opened it), we had a hard time getting TV’s in theaters to sink(never did), WiFi is terrible (buffered all weekend), floors need upgrading, some chairs where wobbly in kitchen and need to be replaced or fixed, one room not kid friendly (lots of breakables and marbles) bunk beds are tight for adults. Bring your own blankets, theater can be cold. I reached out to host, at least three messages received no response. I would recommend this house but just wanted to give an honest review.

We had a large group for a family reunion and there was more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Parking was the only pain.. But we worked it out. Would stay again easy.

Family getaway

Overall the place was as advertised. Only issue was the remotes for some of the televisions were not working and there was no remote for the movie theater room so we were unable to watch any movies as a family

Great Vacation

The cabin had tons of space and plenty to do. With 2 stoves and 2 fridges, we had plenty of space to cook for ourselves and spend the night watching the game in the theater, playing shuffle board or swinging by the fire pit. No crazy gravel road to the cabin meant getting out and about was a piece of cake. Fantastic experience

Great place to stay!

The overall experience was great! Great location, clean, spacious, and up to date cabin! My family loved staying here. Parking wasn’t great but we made it work and the internet was up and down but it was like that for every where we went! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great family trip!

Moms 70th birthday

The house was amazing. Close to everything but far enough away to enjoy. We were pleasantly surprised at how many cooking supplies they had. I don't have anything bad to say except for the parking. We are jenga masters, so we were able to figure it out, just a little frustrating at times. Plenty of space for the whole family. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Miller Siblings Vacation

The house was great for our group of 18 adults. It was clean and well supplied. We spent much of our time on the porches. The only negative issues were the lack of sufficient parking and the bathrooms could have used a few more washcloths. There were plenty of towels and hand towels. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

Big enough

The cabin was wonderful. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms no one was crowded. The kitchen is amazing this was the place where we would gather and enjoy each others company. We were a group of ladies that came to be filled with the Love of Christ. If you hadn’t been to women of joy conference I would highly recommend it. This place would accommodate a group perfectly. The only suggestion that I have for the owner is the parking spaces. Thank you for sharing a beautiful place.

Nice place

We really enjoyed our time here. It was big enough to house 15 of us comfortably. Beautiful view. Loved the fact that there’s 2 refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwaves. Just one word to the wise. There is rebar sticking out of the ground down by the trash bins. If one is taking out trash at night, it could be bad. Otherwise, nice and spacious.

Perfect for large groups!

This property has every amenity needed for a large group. The kitchen is well apportioned with large refrigerators and two microwaves, stoves, dishwashers, and coffee makers. Enjoying a movie in the theater was fun, but having to figure out how to sync the two screens was a challenge since the tvs are not connected. The game room was always a reprieve. The new owner was very responsive and helpful. Our group will certainly consider another stay in the future.

Bachelor/bachelorette Weekend

The property was very peaceful and beautiful. It was easy to check in and the property manager was very prompt on answering questions or concerns. The only issues we had was the temperature of the hot tub even when turning the temperature down, it was still way too hot (passed normal hot tub temp). I let the manager know right away. Some of the flooring was popping up in some areas but not too bad. Being able to have your own room and bathroom was very nice and also the ample room in the kitchen. Overall the stay was very wonderful.

Fun place for large family gathering

Our family travelled from 4 different states to spend a long weekend together. We all enjoyed our stay very much. It was very nice for everyone to have their own rooms and own bathrooms. There were no issues with hot water and we did not notice a sulfur smell that someone else commented on. It was great to have 2 refrigerators and 2 stoves. Some cooking utensils were lacking. There were 2 manual can openers, neither one worked, we bought a new one and left it there. There were only 14 forks, so not quite enough for everyone in our group. We bought some plastic forks. I would like for there to have been more serving bowls for things like chips etc. We were disappointed that the 2 screens in the theater room could not be synchronized. We had a hard time watching anything because the internet was so slow, that may just be what it is in rural Tennessee. The hot tub was very nice. It rained every evening so we did not get to use the firepit but it looked very nice. We did see a bear walk down the driveway and into the woods from the porch. We had a contest to estimate how many signs with inspirational quotes or other words, there were 94! We all laughed a lot quoting them to each other! We parked 5 cars and it worked out ok.

Nice place but could improve a bit.

The location and check-in process was good. It is close to the park and away from the busier spots closer to Gatlinburg. The kitchen had everything we needed with 2 ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers. We could have used more than one kitchen trash bag but otherwise was well stocked. The only issue we found was just the overall cleanliness the cabin. The floors were not as clean as we have had in other cabins and some bathrooms were a little dirty as well. Not horrible but just not as good as other places. The hot tub also would not get as hot as we are used to and the just sometimes wouldn't work. Overall, it was a good cabin and a good stay.

Family Vacation

Pros: a bathroom for each bedroom, double of every major appliance in kitchen. Open concept upstairs which was nice for all 13 of us to be together. Conveniently located and not too far up the mountain. Texting owner was easy about the hot tub that was malfunctioning. It did get fixed but bad that it was at the end of our stay there. Cons: the floor was filthy. You had to wear socks or your feet were black. They really just needed a really good mopping. Parking is really bad. Really only enough room for 3 cars, anymore than that you have to move stuff around. The swings around the bonfire tilted down so it wasn’t very comfortable. But all in all it worked for us and the owner was very friendly.

Relaxing Family Weekend

Beautiful view and the location was perfect if you want to be tucked away in the mountains but still get out and about quickly. DG is 5 minutes away which was convenient. Overall, our stay was great and the house was exactly as advertised. One of the bunk rooms actually had 2 double beds which we weren’t expecting. Lots of things for little ones to do! Internet buffered when trying to watch movies but we just turned everything off and it worked fine. We had an issue with a clogged sink and smoke alarms beeping. Maintenance came and took care of these issues the same day. The parking is a little tricky but we had 7 vehicles and were able to park 5 up too comfortably. There is a little curb coming up that will hold 2 if needed. I will say the house isn’t well insulated….you can hear little and big noises, but when you have 20+ people in a house that is expected. We made lots of memories and are thankful for a nice house that accommodated our large family.

A perfect stay

After reading reviews we contacted the owner before renting. The owner was responsive and I wanted to give a detailed view and reason why you should absolutely choose this place to stay. The parking- the driveway is long. At the top you can park three next to each other and then two more on the flat area. On the driveway you could probably fit four more cars. Yes you would have to move cars to allow others out but there is plenty of parking. Every bedroom but one of the 9 has its own bathroom. And the one that does not is right next to the bedroom. The kitchen has double every appliance for convenient cooking. The fire-pit was by far the entertainment of the evening. ( must bring own wood) The things to bring. The water has a smell of sulfur will need water for drinking. The kitchen has a mix of things to use but missing things like hot pads. Blankets, there are no extra blankets. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The location of this place was phenomenal and if we ever have a family get together again we will book this place.
