The spacious open-concept layout features a group-friendly kitchen stocked with everything you need to feel right at home, including plenty of pots, pans, and dishware, plus multiple Smart TVs so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows. Located in a qreat family neighborhood close to Pebble Creek.

Outdoor perks include a BBQ, dining space, a stunning pool with attached spa (heating available for fee), and a game room with a pool table and family games—perfect for both entertainment and relaxation. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, hosting a cookout, or playing games, there’s something for everyone.

The GSQ Entertainment Center is just 5 minutes away with restaurants, live music, and dancing. Other local activities include spring training at Goodyear Ballpark, hiking and biking in the Estrella Mountains, Top Golf, shopping, music venues, the MIM (Musical Instrument Museum), the Verde Canyon Railway tour, and even NASCAR events. Good Vibes Only blends comfort, fun, and entertainment, promising unforgettable memories for the whole family.

The Desert Treat

This is a retreats treat. My family and I absolutely loved this house. Communication was absolutely great from start to finish. We felt at home. If you want to relax by the pool or play a game of pool this is the house. Several tv's for everyone's enjoyment. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms. Very nice area, close to everything. I could go on and on but you have to see it for yourself. When I come to Arizona I will definitely stay here.

Most Uncomfortable Stay

It wasn't a party and they were all family and they weren't all staying. My husband is having surgery on friday and having family around makes him feel better. It's Phoenix it has been super hot and this pool was pretty amazing its the main reason we rented this house. Saturday night at 9:08pm I received a texted message about the cameras not recording and accusing us of disabling the cameras because they were off line (there was a severe storm that night) she continued with the neighbors letting her know it was a small group of people and that she was concerned. Concerned about what I wonder?

Great house!

Very clean with and well furnished. The pool was a great hit with the kids, with plenty of great places for the adults to be while watching. Always somewhere in the shade. Pool table was also great. Only thing we would have changed is being able to adjust the thermostat lower than 78. That was a little warm for our comfort. Overall a phenomenal place that we would definitely book again. Thank you for sharing Your home with us.

Amazing retreat!

13 yo (and the adults too) loved the pool - so much better than the boring rectangular pool in other rentals. waterfall! Hot tub! Nice quiet neighborhood near lots of things to do. Strongly recommended.

Great Stay

The house was absolutely wonderful. Clean, modern, nice quiet and well kept neighborhood. Pool and barbeque are very conducive to just relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Our group has usually stayed in the Scottsdale/Tempe area for Spring training but we took a chance on Goodyear and happy we did. Traffic in this area was much, much less congested and everything you need ( restaurants, stores, activities) are close by....1 -3 miles from the house. Our group has been going down to the area for 12+ years and this , by far, are the best accommodations we have run across. Try it.....you won't be disappointed.

This house was everything it was billed to be. The pool and spa are great, house is well furnished for whatever was needed. It was clean and comfortable. We would book it again to be sure.

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful pool.

Great for a family - plenty of bedroom space and the pool was clean and spacious. Only two full bathrooms, but they are clean and stocked. Garage parking is always a plus in AZ- it was clean and easy to use. Pool towels and plastic wear to use to eat by the pool were available. Decor is dated but clean and appropriate for the space. Kitchen has basic cooking gear - clean and easy to find. For extra points I would have liked a more stocked coffee bar. Also, there were wasps in and around the pool consistently- if we had really little kids they would have been uncomfortable. In addition, the master shower was difficult to temperature control. The biggest negative was staying during a heat wave (110+) When we arrived the house was set to 85* and hot! The main bedroom suite did not cool off (we arrived just at 4 and immediately lowered the temp) and it was a hot nights sleep. After that the AC kept up, just the first night since it was left at 85 upon our arrival. It didn't hit 76* until 3am. The main bedroom location makes it a bit warmer than the rest of the house so we did bring in the box fan from the garage to help keep it cool. Overall my elementary aged kids loved swimming and the pool table and it was a great stay!

Very nice place.

We planned a last min vacation for my birthday and I wanted nothing more than to get away from our everyday and hang out with our kids. This house was perfect. The kids loved the pool table and a lot of time was spent in that area. We loved the pool and because it was hot we spent many hours swimming and splashing around. . I was a little worried at first because of the neighbors and feeling like there is no privacy but this was nice and I never once felt that way. The only bummer of our trip was that the air in the shuttle that we rented went out. We called everywhere for a replacement large enough for our family to no avail. We were not able to go anywhere with the kids because of the heat. . Despite not being able to go anywhere because of the shuttle, this house brought everything that was needed to still enjoy time with my husband and kids and to have a blessed birthday weekend. We are from a smaller city so for the first time ever I used "grub hub" and wow, I ordered good food all day everyday ha ha..Was so thankful for the pool and pool table, comfy living room for movie night, and good sleep. Thank you. 💜
