Prepare gourmet meals in the immaculate chef's kitchen, or relax in the tastefully furnished interior that boasts modern amenities! The backyard oasis is perfect for enjoying Arizona sunsets, complete with a HEATED pool (Cost of $60 per day to heat) and BBQ and six person Hot Tub. The large Primary bedroom and bath feature dual showers, heated towel rack, AND bidet. Pool table in the second living room. Perfect location for a restful family vacation! Also, this fantastic home is near the Phoenix Raceway where the NASCAR championship is held every year and the Goodyear Ballpark for spring training games.

Family golf trip

We stayed 3 nights and the home was perfect. The house is spacious, clean, and has everything to make it feel like home. The house manager was great to work with and respond right away when we had questions.Estrella is a great place to golf. It is close to the house with a price that is hard to beat.The house accommodates a much larger group than we had so we are planning another trip to include more family.

About Last Weekend

It' was a surprise for our daughter and family. We were celebrating our youngest daughter birthday turning 50. The home was incredible and everything it said it was, we had breakfast on Sunday and everything we needed was there. We hope to use it again in August.

Spring Break Escape

This house was huge and beautiful. There was more than enough room for all of us and the location is great. Estrellla is a wonderful area and very walkable. This was our second year staying in this area.

MN family vacation

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home!One of the best stocked houses we’ve rented from.The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub. The owner was so quick to reply to questions and great to work with. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing house in an amazing gated community

This house is all you see and more. Very close to the spring training ballparks and lots and lots of walking trails and hiking trails right out the front door. The pool was like bath water and the hot tub is high end. Chelsea and Nick were the best and super accommodating. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Fantastic vacation home for a family

This property has it all! The pool was our favorite feature and getting it heated allowed us to swim daily despite chillier temperatures. My kids loved it! The hot tub was perfect as well, tucked a little away from the pool for some privacy. The basement of the home had a great TV area that our kids used for movies and hanging out and there was plenty of space overall for our family of 4 plus my in-laws. The property manager was easy to reach and super friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and had a little park around the corner. We would definitely stay here again- if we could give more than 5 stars we would!

Great place close to Goodyear ball park

Perfect house and pool to relax in. Close to Goodyear ball park for spring training games. Bedroom listed was a little confusing but made it work. Only 4 actual bedrooms with beds and then 2 large couches for sleeping areas. Overall a great place with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of fridge space to keep your beers cold!

This was a beautiful vacation home for our family to stay while in Arizona for Spring Training. The house is spacious and the pool and hot tub made it even more wonderful!

Quiet location in this wonderful Estrella community! Thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment provided by the many visiting hummingbirds. House manager very attentive to our inquiries. Would love to stay here again!

Fabulous stay

The house was very comfortable. The owner and property manager were very responsive. Pool was divine at 90 degrees especially for late evening swims! We had 6 adults and enjoyed having the 3 1/2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms plus all the room to spread out around the house. Best VRBO we have stayed at. Great attention to detail to make your stay feel wonderful!

Luxurious Resort Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed this gem in the Hills of Phoenix in Estrella. The home is Luxurious & provided a very comforting feeling like Home! Evenings out on the patio are magical especially with the Monsoon Thunderstorms! Amenities are top Notch & the Attention to detail was Extraordinary! Plenty of walking trails amongst the golf community & the clubhouse restaurant is Awesome! We are hoping to book Again at end of Aug/early Sept we enjoyed it so Much!!

Chilly in Phoenix!

Beautiful home in quiet gated community close to golf. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and play games. Kitchen had every appliance and conveience needed. We only ate out once! Better stocked pantry than most vrbos. The pool was a pleasant 90 degrees which was needed since air temps were in the 40s! There were pool towels, glasses and sun protection provided! We did discover a leak but were able to communicate with Nick to make sure he is able to resolve with no damage. Did not affect our experience. Two thumbs up!

Wonderful, welcoming get away in Goodyear!

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property located in a quiet and clean neighborhood in Goodyear! The property manager and home owner are great to work with and responsive. The home is beautifully decorated. Even though it is a large house, it is very warm, cozy, and welcoming. Kitchen is well stocked with great appliances, pots, pans, plates, and cutlery, etc. for meals. My husband, son, and dad played on the golf course and really enjoyed it and the Jack Nicholas Golf course is beautifully maintained. We did not use the pool, but on hot summer days, I’m sure it’s refreshing! Owner has a cute set up with towels, plastic cups and sun block for guests to use. All bedrooms were a nice size, beds super comfy and we all slept well. Master bathroom/bedroom are huge and luxurious. A real treat! We loved the outdoor fire place and courtyard as you enter the front gate. Really, really enjoyed our stay and can’t say enough about this property!

Beautiful home away from home

This home was high end quality to the max. It was spacious and beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home. While we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen was amazing and equipped with anything needed to make a gourmet meal. There was a coffee maker that we did utilize. Towels were luxurious in the bathrooms. The pool was really nice, not large, but all three ladies needed. Gas fireplace in the outdoor areas would be awesome on a cold AZ night. It was really a great 2 night get away. It felt like home, only better :)

Beautiful home!

This home was lovely! It was large and could fit a lot of people. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful! The owners had a cute set up with cups, towels, and sunscreens set out by the door to the pool. The pool was so fun to float around in, and floaties were available also! The basement was large with a comfy couch and pool table. Would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed my stay at this amazing house! Several unexpected extras like a heated towel rack right when you come out of the shower and a bidet in the master bath. Game room with a pool table and big screen TV was used a lot. The fire table and the pool were very relaxing in the backyard. The kitchen is huge, and the grilling area in the backyard was another bonus. Nice quiet neighborhood in a very safe gated community. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay!

This home was a great stay! Awesome indoor/outdoor space. Kitchen was gourmet and living room was large. Double sliding doors opening to the heated pool and outdoor area. Lots of space and very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

If I could give 7 stars I would!

Wow, Just wow. My family and I travel a lot and I would say I am a bit particular on what I want in a home. This home checked all the boxes and more. Our property manager Chelsea was extremely accommodating and did an outstanding job. The home itself was gorgeous! I loved the open concept with a HUGE kitchen that was fully equipped. The master suite was to die for with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The pool was super clean and very relaxing. We have a three year old and the house was very safe for him. Hands down probably the best VRBO we have stayed in. I loved this he and we will be back!

I have always thought about owning my short term rental for my personal use and as a good business opportunity. I have added the features that I enjoy the most when I travel.
I have been in the Real Estate industry for many years, and I used my expertise in picking out this house.

This house was love at first site. We loved the location, a reasonable distance to the airport but in a quiet well maintained neighborhood surrounded by mountains. The original home owner was a custom wood worker and the crown moldings and baseboards, cabinets, etc. are all amazing. The backyard is terraced, so you are not visible to the neighbors. The chef's kitchen is off the hook, and the layout of the house with the huge Primary bed and bath is spectacular. One of the walk in closets in the master bath is the size of a small bedroom. And lastly why this property- because my wife put her foot down and said this is the one I want!
