★ The garage and pantry are not accessible to guests.
★ Street parking only if your vehicle leaks oil.
★ Security Cameras: For the security of the property, there are three (3) exterior security cameras installed: one camera for the doorbell monitoring the front door, one camera for the driveway (SE corner above the house number), and one camera over the backyard (NW corner above the window).

Important House Rules

★ Guest Policy: Strictly limited to the registered guests. Additional guests incur of $50 per night fee, or the hosts reserve the right to evict the group without a refund for violations.

★ Restrictions: No pets, parties, or events. Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors.

★ Property Care: Please remove shoes at the door (slippers are provided) and keep all food out of the bedrooms.

★ Quiet Hours: Quiet time starts after 10:00 PM.

★ Fire Pit Safety: Turn off the gas supply to the fire pit when not in use, or unattended.

★ Parking: If your vehicle happens to have an active oil leak, please park on the street.
