The Space:
The immaculate and beautifully decorated interior will make you feel right at home, while the outdoor space offers a true vacation resort oasis. Nestled in a great neighborhood, this clean and bright residence is conveniently located just 25 minutes from Kaweah Lake, 45 minutes from the entrance of Sequoia National Park, and a scenic 2.5-hour drive to the stunning Central Coast. Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this retreat includes a pool and a covered patio, all just five minutes away from Visalia's award-winning restaurants and bars!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, backyard, garage, and pool.

The Neighborhood:
Only a 5 minute drive to downtown, youā€™ll have restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips! Our downtown features a movie theater, cuisines from around the world, live theater, farmers markets, specialty and boutique shops. The Convention Center and Kaweah Delta Hospital are also located downtown. Centrally located, the home is only 45 minutes from Sequoia National Park, 2.5 hours to the gorgeous central coast, and 3+/- hours to San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Getting Around:
We suggest using your own vehicle to get around.

Other Things to Note:
The pool is NOT fenced. There is no barrier and no alarm for the pool. All swimming and sunbathing is done at your own risk. If you are traveling with children who donā€™t know how to swim, please keep the doors locked at all times. All children, even those who do know how to swim, must be supervised at the pool at all times. The pool is available year-round but it is not heated. Please keep that in mind for colder months. This house may not be used to host pool parties, or any other parties, at this time.

The water in the master bathroom takes a while to heat up, please wait 2-3 minutes for the water to heat. The water heats quickly throughout the rest of the house.

Nice, clean home in a nice neighborhood near downtown. We met a few of the neighbors who were friendly and welcoming. The pool was great to have, especially during the hot week.

What a lovely experience we had at the Luxe House. Wonderful location and close to my family and friends, whom we havenā€™t seen for a long time. Our nieces and nephews came to visit with us every day and the children had a ball in the pool. Itā€™s very homey and everyone who came to visit us commented on how much they loved it. Lots of happy faces. We hope book this lovely home when we visit Visalia next. Thanks so much for the hospitality.

Pool vacation

The purpose of our trip was to get away to a warm environment with a pool for exercise. The house was delightful with 3 bedrooms, two of which had televisions including the Master and the middle bedroom. However, the bed in the middle bedroom was uncomfortably lumpy, so I moved to the end bedroom with no tv but it had a decent mattress. The pool was huge, but the yard was not landscaped very well. Fence is in a state of collapse. When I attempted to walk around the pool, I had to move branches out of the way. The yard needed pruning and raking. There was a very small outdoor picnic style table. Not particularly comfortable. Neighbors in the back played music from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm every day (5 nights) and had a yapping dog, so our outdoor fun which was the purpose of the trip was a bit marred. Overall, ok.I marked "5 stars" for communication with Manager, but we had zero communication with Manager and didn't need to. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed.

Spacious clean and lovely decorations. Nice quiet neighborhood with a friendly neighbor who introduced himself. Sparkling clean and very large pool. Super comfortable memory foam beds. Highly recommend.

Feels like home!

Our family came to visit Sequoia National Park and explore the surrounding area. We were pleasantly surprised by the property - it felt welcoming and very comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool and it was the highlight of the trip for them! The house had a well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, linen closet, and pool shed. The only thing we had to purchase was food - everything else was here for us. We would definitely come to this property again.

Cute bungalow close enough to parks

This was the perfect base camp for our family. The kitchen was amply supplied with cooking tools, some seasonings and just in case coffee. The drive to the national parks was reasonable enough to do it several times during our stay. The pool was clean and refreshing and very welcome during the three very hot days of our stay. I did not take any pictures of the house because the ones on the listing say it all.

Wonderful house in a beautiful neighborhood.

House is organized, has good amenities, and was clean for our stay. Backyard could use a little more attention and maintenance but overall was an enjoyable stay.

Cute property, poor communication

The property is super cute, nice neighborhood. We stayed here to go to sequoia national park. The drive was 45 minutes to the park entrance, and an additional 45 minutes to get to the general Sherman tree/ congress trail. Pros: - clean house - the pool is a nice addition - good location, everything is close by - the bedrooms are large and sunny/ well lit- everything you'd need for a family weekend trip Cons:- i messaged the host at 7 am on Saturday and then again at 8pm on Saturday with the same question and did not hear back from them even once. This was really off putting. - do not... and i mean, DO NOT leave any opened food outside in the kitchen, there will be ants!

I was able to book this home last minute do to a cancellation on our first pool house because of the fire near Three Rivers. Vanessa quickly worked on putting us somewhere near with a pool! Loved it!

The property was exactly as listed- very clean and cozy and the pool was wonderful! There is a shallow end and deep end of the pool, which was great for us with kids ages 7, 10, & 12. It was an easy 45min drive to the bottom Sequoia entrance, about 1.5hrs to the north entrance, and about 2.5-3hrs to Yosemite. There are restaurants nearby and Walmart is close, too. Highly recommend this property!

Great location to Sequoia national Park. Pool was awesome.

Our family of four stayed at this property in anticipation of visiting Sequoia national Park. We arrived in the afternoon and communication with our host was seamless. The house was clean and well stocked. The pool was very clean and the temperature was great, considering it was 105Ā° out. There were some blowup toys and noodles in a shed. We use the pool both nights we were there. It was very enjoyable We found the accommodations were clean. The beds comfortable. They were plenty of towels. Yes, we would book this again and if you were considering visiting Sequoia national Park three bedroom home is awesome!

Home away from home

There is definitely no place like home, but this was the perfect home away from home. The house is very roomy and cozy, I have a 9yo who loved the pool and went swimming every day. The pool and the grounds were all clean and ready for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and there were extra sheets and towels available for use. We had a great time on our trip and enjoyed the house very much.

Loved this house

We loved our stay at this house. We were so grateful with the pool and everything was so nice. The only recommendation I had given was to have a child safety lock on sliding door so young children can't just run in backyard where the pool is. When we visit my hometown of Visalia again we will definitely rent this house again.
