The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the "Haus Brandenburg" apartment building on Brandenburger Platz, not far from the beach, the pedestrian zones, the "Syltness-Center," and the "Sylter-Welle." The apartment faces the inner courtyard.
Size:
3-room apartment, approx. 85 m². Sleeps up to four people.
Amenities:
The living room features a new sofa set with two armchairs and a comfortable couch. A flat-screen TV and a compact stereo system are provided. The dining area is located on the south-facing balcony; next to it, in an alcove, is the new kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and an oven. There are two bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a double bed, and the smaller one has a bunk bed that can also accommodate adults. The bathroom features a spacious shower.
The entire apartment is fitted with new designer flooring and is therefore suitable for people with allergies. Pets are strictly prohibited. Of course, smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A private parking space is available in the courtyard of the apartment complex.
Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This tax is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival.
