This unit comes with plush comforters and decadent cozy throw blankets for both the Sleep Number bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room. If you haven't slept on a sleep number bed, you can adjust the hardness of your side of the mattress to your liking. The bedroom is also equipped with Moroccan lights for mood lighting, and bed spotlights for reading. With plenty of closet space for you and your guests. The bedroom and living room also have blackout curtains for the most delightful night's sleep!

Living room and kitchen:
Hardwood floors and elegant chandeliers give the living room and kitchen a delightful feel. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can imagine, food processor, pizza cutters, garlic press, blender, mixing bowls, Cuisinart knives, knife sharpener, spices, cookie sheets, etc. I am a chef and love a fully stocked kitchen!

The neighborhood is safe and quiet and offers miles of hiking trails right from your doorstep for you and/or you and your pup!

This is a one-bedroom unit with a separate driveway, separate entrance, and separate patio. It is the base floor of a 3 story home. There is no access door between the units, so it feels completely private. It has been soundproofed and insulated with a separate ac unit to soundproof the units from each other. It is possible that during your stay the top two floors above the unit could be rented.

If you have well-behaved dogs this unit is available to have pets.
