We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Miramar Beach. The location is fantastic, with so many great spots within walking distance, and the amenities made our trip even more enjoyable. The views are incredible. The photos truly don’t capture how special it feels in person. It really feels like you’re on top of the world. The host was very communicative and accommodating throughout our stay. We would absolutely come back.

Great Family Vacation

This is our 2nd time at Surfside at Miramar and 1st time in this unit. We love everything the property offers. The unit was clean and has amazing views. The skybridge and beach bar are super handy for beach access. The private beach makes it less crowded. The beach set up included with this unit was so nice also. Millie is so great to work with and that’s a huge bonus! We also love the quieter atmosphere at Miramar.

Amazing host and property

We've stayed in various places in Destin and this was by far, our favorite. The rooms were perfect with amazing views. Surfside is an awesome property with many convenient amenities. Millie was WONDERFUL to work with. Very helpful, communicative and kind. We will be back!!!

Condo was actually a lot nicer than we anticipated from the photos. Clean, the beds were comfortable, rooms are big, plenty of space for sure. The wrap around balcony was BEAUTIFUL views, you could see the pool area and the Beach which was great. The sliding doors were hard to open, but the one in the living room slid pretty well. The location was amazing. The staff at the pool was rude to everyone making them get out when the sign reads 11pm is closing time, however, that has nothing to do with Millie's condo specifically, just the property. Staff on the beach are AWESOME!

Great vacation

We had a great time at this condo in Destin. Absolutely beautiful view of the beach on the 6th floor. We had both units which were perfect for our stay with 2 teenage boys. My family loved it. The owner was terrific and very responsive to all questions. What a delight to stay there for the week. We hope to return to this wonderful location in the near future!

Best view ever

I cannot say enough good things about the property and Millie the owner. The view is next to none. We were beach bums for most of the week until the beach was double red flagged for weather. Then we became pool bums for the rest of our stay. Thank you so much Millie for all of the information before our stay. It came in handy for the week.

Oceanfront stay

I loved how every room had floor to ceiling windows and access to the balcony to see the ocean! Tons of room for everybody and spaced out so that you didn't feel on top of each other at all. The only thing that was a problem was parking was definitely an issue (need more spots and one set of elevators for all of those rooms is terrible. The first two days we were there an elevator was down, so only one elevator for 16 floors was a mess and frustrating. I can't believe there wasn't another set anywhere. Overall, would probably look at staying here again in the future!

You won't be disappointed!!!!

The photos in the listing are accurate! You can see the beach from every room in the condo. It was stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. We were pleased with the building, location and host. Millie is a great communicator. She made sure we had everything we needed, even recommended local restaurants to try. There is plenty of room for 8. We had 3 adults 5 children, age ranges 18 months to 15 years. The pool and hot tubs are overlooked from the balcony. The bridge across to the ocean/beach was such a plus since we had kids with us, didn't want to worry about crossing the traffic. (There was definitely traffic, very busy area 🙂) the staff at the front desk and security were very pleasant! They offer a parking garage, we took advantage of the covered parking. There's a side door to the condos for convenience from the parking garage. They had a restaurant downstairs on the first floor near the pool, we did not try it, but you could smell it from the balcony and it smelled delicious! (We have picky eaters). The location to all of the different activities offered was pretty central. But if you have a planned time for an activity I would suggest leaving about 40 mins ahead of time. There is construction on the main road to and from, and with traffic, it usually took us about 30 minutes to travel roughly 7-10 miles. Back to the condo, the 3rd room is considered a "lock out" it is like it's own little condo. You can use it as such, the door locks on both sides and has its own front door. We did not use it as it's own, we just used it as a 3rd bedroom. All 3 rooms and all 3 bathrooms were wonderful. Washer and dryer fully functional and great to have. Only downsides we noticed, counter tops were not properly cleaned. The one bathroom had beard trimming still around the faucet and soap dish from a previous guest, the floors needed swept and mopped, you could feel the sand and grit under your feet, as well as it turning white socks very brown. And the washing machine is a front loader, great, however they have to be properly cleaned after so many washes or mold and mildew will be in the folds of the rubber and put off a foul smell. In this case the smell wasn't terrible but the mold was very visible on the rubber around the door. We wiped it down the best we could and washed our clothes. Overall I would give this condo a 9.5 rating. It was amazing! We LOVED waking up, sitting on the balcony, listening to the ocean and birds while drinking coffee 💙

Glad y'all loved waking up, sitting on the balcony, listening to the ocean and birds, while drinking coffee, it's so relaxing. I want all of my guest to have a nice time. I hope y'all had a chance to go to some of the restaurants I recommended. The parking is your choice, parking outside, or in the covered garage. As far as the traffic I have no control over that. But as far as the housekeeping I do.. I wish you would have called me the day y'all arrived.. I would have had her go back, and she would have corrected the issues.
